Amazing Photographer!
We hired Nicole for both our elopement and then our full wedding. I can honestly say we gained more than just a wonderful vendor. Nicole has become one of our friends. She is talented, fun, and absolutely amazing at creating the most precious images. For our elopement, she worked with us to shoot at our family cottage in Algonquin Park and created the most perfect day from sun up to sun down! For our wedding, she guided us through the day effortlessly through first look, vows, ceremony and the party as well! Nicole is one of the sweetest and most thoughtful humans and we cannot recommend her enough!

Nicole is the best!
There aren’t enough words to describe how incredible Nicole was to work with for our wedding! It was absolutely the best decision we made. She made us feel so comfortable with her right from our first conversation and was always so responsive and helpful to us in so many ways. She helped us find vendors, kept everything going smoothly on the actual day and took the reins dealing with some issues that popped up along the way. She is so talented at what she does, and her photos captured our day more perfectly than we ever could have wanted. We loved working with her so much and will cherish these memories for the rest of our lives. Thank you so much for everything!

The best!
Nicole was the best photographer I’ve worked with. All of the bridal party, myself and my husband agree that Nicole has a way of making you comfortable (even if you’re awkward in front of a camera) and she was beyond personable. We were worried as we hadn’t met Nicole before our wedding day, but all worries we’re gone within minutes.
We just received our sneak peak pictures and we’re absolutely in love. She captured what we wanted perfectly. We will be booking her for life’s next big moments!

We could not be more thrilled with our experience
We hired Nicole Alex Photography for our engagement photos and our wedding, and we could not be more thrilled with our experience.
Nicole was genuine, kind, prompt, extremely talented, and professional. She knew how to give us directives while making us feel comfortable and making things look natural. She took into consideration our preferences/artistic vision and executed them beautifully. She is knowledgeable of amazing locations for stunning photos. Our engagement photos included breathtaking landscape shots which we can’t wait to print and hang them around the house.
When Alex and I received our wedding photos, we were amazed how exceptionally well she captured the emotions of the day. It was so full fun and joy, and when you are looking at photos you really relive those emotions. Every time we go through our album, we can’t help but be more impressed and so incredibly thankful that we had chosen her as our photographer.

A great photographer!
Well where do i begin... Nicole was more than just a photographer to us, she felt like an old friend we had met. Nicole did our engagement shoot and she made us feel so comfortable by offering suggestions and letting us be natural have a good time. On the day of our wedding she really went out of her way to be there for us. She made it work even with our crazy families and all the pressures of a wedding day. She was prompt, efficient and on-time. She went out of her way to doing things for me as a bride like fixing my dress and meeting all my needs. It was perfect and we recommend working with Nicole for any occasion. She just has a special touch on everything she works with. Thank you Nicole!

Nicole is amazing!
Nicole is professional, has a great eye, and really fun to work with. She was a great help in planning how our wedding day would run and was there to keep things on track the day of (in a very calm and easy going manner). My fiancé was really nervous about the photography at our wedding, as he feels awkward in front of the camera. Nicole made it really easy for him to get comfortable and relax and our photos turned out beautiful and so natural!!

My partner and I recently had an engagement shoot with Nicole. I will be honest that we were sceptical and more than a little nervous going into the process. Luckily, Nicole made the event super comfortable and our pictures are so beautiful. We are so happy with our experience and would 100% recommend Dockside Studios to anyone looking for a photographer. Nicole was warm, inviting, super communicative, and has great price options. She's a lovely person to work with and her photos are amazing!
