Tom was such a pleasure to work with, and was so flexible given a very unexpected change in our original plans! We had to switch our video package, but Tom was extremely accommodating to let us switch and adjust our plan into what worked for our wedding agenda. Our lead videographer Robert was SO GOOD, and Tom and Jacob helped make sure all the additional angels were covered!! And they all made us feel so comfortable while recording. And the sneak peek/teaser video they put together so quickly was incredible and felt so "us". Thank you soo much for everything you did to capture our day so wonderfully!

From initial consultations to the wedding day, Video Gems has been AMAZING to work with! They are very professional and accommodating. Tom was great with helping my husband and I create a package that suited our budget and was awesome with ongoing communication up until the day of. The videographers were very nice, helpful and very patient with our large bridal party. They were also very friendly. My husband and I felt super comfortable with Video Gems recording our wedding.
