I knew something had to change when I went to purchase my home. I was turned down for a loan from multiple companies. My highest score was a 528. The only place that would approve me was going to give me a 7%interest rate. I knew after all these years with high interest on my cars, that I just couldn’t even consider paying 7% in interest on a home. I couldn’t continue throwing money away for rent. I hated the neighborhood I was living in and, more importantly, I was afraid to let my two boys go play outside because on the neighborhood that we lived in. One loan officer told me to contact HACKWEST AT WRITEME DOT COM. I did research on the company and was very pleased with what I found. However, when I researched general credit repair online, I heard horror stories. I became really skeptical of the idea of credit repair. I just knew that I had to do something. I called West. He told me that if he couldn’t help me he would tell me. That put me at ease. He looked over my report and said that I would be a good fit for the program. After he went over the report with me and answered all of my questions, I decided to move forward with the program. After 33 days I began to see results. I saw my scores increase and collection accounts deleted. West kept me in the loop the entire way through the program and answered all of my questions. He set me up with two credit cards and taught me how to manage them. This was exciting for me. I haven’t been approved for a credit card in years. I was in the program for around 3 months. Guess what? I got my keys to my home three weeks ago! I went back to the loan officer that originally told me no and I was approved! I’m going to finance some new furniture this weekend so I can furnish my new home. Best of all, my children are safe to play outside. My scores that were in the low 500’s are now in the 700’s. I’m now saving $250 on my insurance every month and over $500 on my car payment after refinancing. I look back and wonder why no one told me about this before. All the money, time, and stress I could’ve saved myself is mind blowing. I’m so grateful to West and the entire team at Hack West. I no longer have this dark cloud over my head that says I have to pay more for everything because of my younger years. I have freedom! Thank you!”

Terrace was one of our last venues we checked out and as the saying goes, we saved the best for last. From the moment we walked in we knew this was the place we wanted to have our wedding reception in. Rob and Marilu were absolutely amazing to work with. They were extremely helpful and responsive, they answered every single question (there were many). Ian the floor manager the night of dealt with our guests and dietary requests. We had some guests not sit according to the floor plan and Ian and his team pulled it off so easily and seamlessly. The night went on and all our guests were accommodated, we got many compliments about the professionalism of the waitstaff, the cleanliness of the facility and how friendly and helpful everyone was. The food was absolutely fantastic the comments from our guests were that everything was cooked to perfection, the presentation was excellent and the taste was delicious. Our night was absolutely perfect, all our guests were extremely blown away by how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the event was. We highly recommend terrace for your next event, we’re so glad we picked them for our wedding.

We had an absolutely amazing experience working with Marilu, Rob, Ian and the rest of the Terrace team! From the moment Rob assisted us in securing Terrace as our event venue, we knew we were in good hands. Marilu was an absolute dream to work with! We appreciate Marilu's prompt email responses and patience throughout the process of answering the million questions we had. We always felt comforted speaking with Marilu. Marilu's attention to detail is truly admired. Ian managed our wedding smoothly on the big day and we are grateful for his check-ins throughout the night. Overall, the food and newly renovated event space was stellar! We recommend the Terrace to all couples looking for a modern event space, great food and friendly staff.

Some things to note:

- everybody in the team, from managers to planners and waiters were very great to work with. It is such a great venue, we received a lot of positive comments from friends and family about the hall, the ceremony set up, as well as the reception set up. Managers were extremely nice and accommodating. always available to assist us wherever and whenever needed. For example we needed some more chairs at the ceremony in the lobby because more people than invited showed up, and Ian made it happen right away.
We also appreciated the fact that the managers advised us proactively about the delays depending on other vendors, just to keep us informed.

We do have friends that asked us about Terrace and we will definitely recommend it.

The team at Terrace made our planning process seamless and went above and beyond to ensure we were stress free on our wedding day - Marilu was a dream to work with! The staff was incredibly professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our special day was perfect. The food was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options that left our guests raving. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue to celebrate our wedding.
