Hiring Ophelie & the team at Lovers Rock Wedding Co was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding day. Ophelie helped guide us through timing some unique additions to our wedding and encouraged all of our ideas. Ophelie was an absolute dream to work with. We hired her for day of coordination, and she went above and beyond what I could have expected. She worked with us a couple weeks leading up to the day to gather all the details and get our schedule down. On our rehearsal, she wrangled everyone and made the walkthrough super seamless and easy.

Ophelie was our set up and take down coordinator for our recent wedding at Madison Greenhouse. We had a ton of DIY decor to set up and she executed everything so well. She was super organized and incredibly responsive. I had full trust in her and she did not disappoint. She is so worth it. Just book her and you won't have to worry about anything! She only knew me and about my event for two days but ensured my event went as smoothly as possible. She was so organized and thought of details that didn’t ever cross my mind. When I was first looking for a day of coordinator, I was hoping to find someone who was affordable and would make my wedding day flow seamlessly, be stress free and organized. I was so lucky to have found Ophelie because she accomplished my entire checklist and exceeded my expectations. From the moment we had our consultation call, Ophelie and I got along straight away, like we had previously known each other. I knew at that moment that we would be in perfect hands. Leading up to the wedding day, I was extremely stressed and Ophelie helped quell my anxieties with her organization and expertise. She was so helpful in planning our schedule, solving problems and communicating with vendors before and on the wedding day. We are so grateful to have Ophelie organize our special day because without her, our wedding would not have been what it was. We were especially grateful to have her assist in problem solving when some issues came up on our special day as she factored in what was important to us. Most importantly, we felt that Ophelie really understood our vision for our wedding and helped us execute it so that we could really focus on each other and our family and friends without stressing about the little things.
