Where do I even start? Thank you, thank you, thank you, Ophelie! When I started planning my wedding, I knew I wanted someone to handle decor setup and the timeline on the day so that I could stay relaxed and enjoy, and Ophelie did that perfectly. Leading up to the wedding, we had a few phone calls to plan the timeline and go over decor details; these were very productive and helped me make sure I didn't miss anything. Ophelie was able to come to the venue walkthrough with me and attend our rehearsal, which helped so much!
On the day, Ophelie was a rockstar in setting up the table decor and bringing my vision to life. She kept us on time all day, and I never had to look at the time once, which was perfect. I am so happy with the way everything turned out. Thank you again! -

Ophelie was the best day-of coordinator we could have asked for! From our very first meeting, we knew she was incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in making our wedding day perfect. She was so supportive throughout the entire planning process and thought of so many details we hadn't even considered.
On the wedding day, everything ran so smoothly thanks to Ophelie. Every detail was taken care of, allowing my husband and me to truly relax, be present, and enjoy every moment without worrying about a thing. Knowing she had everything under control gave us so much peace of mind.

Planning a wedding with a newborn felt incredibly overwhelming, but having Ophelie made all the difference. From our very first meeting (while I was in labour lol), she was SO professional, responsive and always gave such helpful advice. She helped us stay organized and on track with an easy-to-use planning app (which was a god send), and her guidance throughout the process with check-in meetings was honestly invaluable. On our wedding day itself, she executed my vision for table set up perfectly. Everything ran so smoothly that if anything went wrong, I never knew about it—which is the true sign of a great coordinator. Ophelie was undoubtedly one of the main reasons our wedding went as smooth as it did. The amount of behind the scenes work she did for us was more than we could have ever expected. Not only was did she nail everything on the day of but all the pre-wedding arrangements was spot on! From following up with vendors to providing real time updates and just providing both of us with moral support throughout the way - we could not have asked for a better coordinator. Ophelie was so amazing you were and all the effort she put into our wedding truly made it the most magical day ever. She and her team went above and beyond to make sure everything went off without a hitch and helped to alleviate so many anxieties in the week leading up.
She assisted us with our Cantonese Tea Ceremony and we could not have done it without her. From making the tea, to serving, to rallying the troops at the end of the night and still pulling off a rehearsal we were so grateful to have her there.
The next day at our wedding we were once again so grateful to have her there! In particular helping to coordinate the first look, setting up the ceremony space of our dreams, and dealing with the lion dancers to make it the best surprise for our guests!!
When we started wedding planning, all our married friends told us to get a coordinator and I didn't understand why because I am planner (re: 20 pg decor document) but having a professional like Ophelie really is what made the event go off smoothly and was 100000% necessary. I felt so relaxed going into the day knowing the details would be taken care of!
We are so grateful for all the hard work that went in to making our wedding the best day of our lives!
