  The best decision we made

  Hiring Ophelie & the team at Lovers Rock Wedding Co was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding day. Ophelie helped guide us through timing some unique additions to our wedding and encouraged all of our ideas. At the rehearsal, she kept everyone organized and in check with name tags and running through everything twice! On the day of, she took the intricate detail we wished for in our decor and followed it to a T. The venue looked stunning and the day went SO SMOOTHLY that we forgot to worry about anything at all. I would hire Ophelie again in a heartbeat - you wouldn't regret it either! Thank you so much!

  Super-coordinator!!

  Ophelie was an absolute dream to work with. We hired her for day of coordination, and she went above and beyond what I could have expected. She worked with us a couple weeks leading up to the day to gather all the details and get our schedule down. On our rehearsal, she wrangled everyone and made the walkthrough super seamless and easy.
  
  The day of the wedding, she was on the ball, on top of our vendors and where everyone had to be, and set up our decor exactly how I imagined it.
  
  There were issues that came up with some vendors that she dealt with immediately and made the experience so stress free for us. I could not imagine how my wedding day would have went without her! She was amazing, and I cannot recommend more. Thank you, Ophelie!!

  The BEST!!!

  Ophelie was our set up and take down coordinator for our recent wedding at Madison Greenhouse. We had a ton of DIY decor to set up and she executed everything so well. She was super organized and incredibly responsive. I had full trust in her and she did not disappoint. She is so worth it. Just book her and you won't have to worry about anything! Would 100% recommend.

  Just Do It!

  Ophelie was my day of wedding coordinator and I honestly cannot imagine my wedding day without her. Her professionalism as well as positivity made it so easy to work with her. She made sure that the wedding day I spent over a year of planning is well executed. I trusted her and that was the best decision! I was able to enjoy my day, live in the moment and party hard because of her!

  Ophelie was the best day of coordinator

  Ophelie was incredible!!!
  I thought I wouldn’t need a coordinator but two days before the wedding I decided to look for one and Ophelie came in clutch! She only knew me and about my event for two days but ensured my event went as smoothly as possible. She was so organized and thought of details that didn’t ever cross my mind. I couldn’t have done it without her. She even helped my brothers come up with a speech and told my bridesmaids how to announce us. Thank you so much Ophelie! 10/10 would 100% recommend your services to anyone looking for a smooth wedding

  The BEST day of coordinator!

  When I was first looking for a day of coordinator, I was hoping to find someone who was affordable and would make my wedding day flow seamlessly, be stress free and organized. I was so lucky to have found Ophelie because she accomplished my entire checklist and exceeded my expectations. From the moment we had our consultation call, Ophelie and I got along straight away, like we had previously known each other. I knew at that moment that we would be in perfect hands. Leading up to the wedding day, I was extremely stressed and Ophelie helped quell my anxieties with her organization and expertise. She was so helpful in planning our schedule, solving problems and communicating with vendors before and on the wedding day. We are so grateful to have Ophelie organize our special day because without her, our wedding would not have been what it was. We were especially grateful to have her assist in problem solving when some issues came up on our special day as she factored in what was important to us. Most importantly, we felt that Ophelie really understood our vision for our wedding and helped us execute it so that we could really focus on each other and our family and friends without stressing about the little things.   Life saver!

  Ophelie was fantastic!! We hired her to be our day-of planner but she did much more than that. We honestly would be lost without her help on our wedding day. Ophelie always has a solution to any problem and she made our wedding day perfect!

  5 star Experience with Ophelie

  Ophelie did a wonderful job as the co-ordinator for my daughter's wedding! The wedding was on our property and I didn't want to deal with any issues on the day. She seamlessly ran our rehearsal and the wedding day. She was quick to respond to any questions, very personable to deal with (which is helpful when dealing with all the vendors), and very prepared. We would wholeheartedly recommend Ophelie as a co-ordinator and a wedding planner. She was clearly organized and experienced. A lovely person too.

  My Wedding Day Coordinator Ophelie was absolutely AMAZING!!! She was always on top of everything. She worked around my busy schedule and responds very quickly to any/all my questions. I was so happy I hired her for my big day because she made everything run so smooth and if there was any problem, I never noticed anything, she was my right hand girl! Thank you
