Her extensive knowledge of venues and trusted vendors within our budget gave great comfort that we were selecting the best vendors to realise our vision.

Lindsay consistently went the extra mile, ensuring every need was met. Lindsay completed venue site visits on our behalf and was so flexible in organising video calls to fit in with the time zone differences. She even met us in Toronto to collect and safeguard my wedding dress while we holidayed through Ontario. You know you have HUGE confidence in someone when you can entrust them with your wedding dress days before the wedding!

On the day of our wedding, Lindsay proved to be an absolute treasure. With her overseeing the logistics and ensure everything ran seamlessly, we were able to be fully present and enjoy the day with our families. Lindsay was instrumental in creating the perfect atmosphere - the numerous compliments we received from our guests speak volumes about her expertise.

My husband and I are so incredibly grateful that we hired Lindsay for our wedding at Cave Spring Vineyard/Inn on the Twenty. Neither of us had ever attended a wedding before, so we were going into it pretty blind. Lindsay took the time to get to know us, and we immediately felt reassured that we had made the right decision. She was always quick to respond any questions sent via email or text, and was always professional and proactive when communicating with other vendors on our behalf.

The designs that Lindsay put together were everything we asked for and more. She executed everything SO beautifully, and we received so many compliments on the table designs, colours, lights etc.

Lindsay truly went above and beyond for us. There were many times in the weeks leading up to the wedding where we felt the stress taking over, and Lindsay was always able to talk us down and reassure us that everything would be okay. On the day of, she gave me pep talks when needed, helped fix my hair and dress bustle, and we truly felt like we bonded with her!

I hired Lindsay for full planning and design. I cannot recommend her services highly enough - she was incredible! I was a more "hands off" bride - definitely didn't have much idea of what I wanted beyond a vague vibe, and had no idea how to execute any of it. Lindsay was so helpful; she took care of small details without involving me at all (at my request), and for decisions I needed to make she would present a menu of options, and took the time to thoroughly explain them to me. She was so helpful and responsive throughout the whole process, and on the big day I was able to completely relax and take in the gorgeous wedding she planned. I know she was working hard behind the scenes to make sure everything went smoothly, but I was blissfully unaware of anything logistics related on my wedding day. Beyond the design and planning services, Lindsay was so emotionally supportive through the whole process. It was a pleasure getting to know her, and I felt so comfortable on my wedding day knowing she would be there and how much she cared.

I got married this past June 2022 and Lindsay was amazing to work with! It was actually my husband’s idea, surprisingly, to get a Wedding Planner to take a lot of stress off of me and my Mom. Her planning package she sent were so helpful and very organized!! Not me what so ever lol. She was there to answer all my questions even if I thought they were so small and silly. I definitely needed her because there were so many little details I had never even thought about! She was great with her recommendations as well. I could tell right away she has such a passion for her work and for making your day perfect! Our rehearsal at our church was a bit all over the place so it was nice she was also there and able to step in and make things less complicated for us and go through each step of the process of the ceremony. The day of she was AMAZING! Everything ran so smoothly as she was on top of everyone and everything with the itinerary she made. I could not have asked for someone more organized and such a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend Lindsay to help with your Wedding Planning :)

My husband and I got engaged just before the pandemic. After trying to plan it ourselves for almost 2 years, and 3 failed venues, we decided to hire a professional wedding planner. It was the best money we spent on our wedding. We didn't give Lindsay a lot of time; we picked the venue and got married 4 months later. The wedding was beautiful and had everything we wanted. I was particularly impressed by the wedding design aspect of her services, as I am not great with details and she made everything look gorgeous. Our head table, our ceremony archway, our lounge set - everything was amazing. We had a versatile venue and were able to use the pavilion or the upstairs banquet hall depending on weather. So Lindsay had to have two plans ready to go. She was great with finding us good vendors & reminding us when to pay them! She attended our rehearsal dinner and ran through everything with the wedding party & family; she did the set up & tear down and even picked up some items for us the day of. She walked us through every step and made sure we didn't have to worry about anything.
On the wedding day Lindsay was wonderful - she brought us drinks during the photos & had some of the apps from the cocktail hour at our head table waiting for us. I was actually not feeling well for the reception and Lindsay got me Gravol & offered to drive to my house and pick up a change of clothes (I didn't take her up on it - but she's so sweet for offering!) She also handled a difficult vendor quite well. We hired a friend & his team and one member of the team was not open to working with a planner and was not particularly nice about it. Lindsay remained very professional and didn't let it affect her job or her mood.
We got so many compliments on our wedding and how beautiful everything was and most of that was thanks to Lindsay.

This past weekend I had the opportunity to work with Lindsay Plank Events for the first time. As a professional wedding photographer, I knew who she was and had heard great things about her, so I won't lie, my expectations were high. She honestly blew them out of the water!

We first met on a call where she was going over the timeline of the day with the couple and I. You should see how detailed, organized and beautiful this timeline was! She outlined all the vendors, their contact info, Instagram handles, wedding party info, and a perfect timeline that made a 12-hour day feel easy while still giving space for the couple to have some alone time. Not to mention all of the incredible design work she did as well! 💕

Our A-type personalities were a perfect match, she was organized, fun, positive and SO easy to work with. I don't think I could come up with a complaint even if I tried.

I honestly do not know where to begin, because the appreciation and gratitude I have for Lindsay and her involvement in our day cannot be captured in only a few words. From the very beginning, Lindsay was our biggest supporter. I am a bride that knows what I want, that has the "vision" and Lindsay saw it from the beginning. I hired her for Month of Coordination, but she was with me every step of the way during the planning. I could message her and she would responded instantly with a suggestion, a confirmation or an answer.

Lindsay works INCREDIBLY hard. Harder than any of the other vendors, and at times even harder than me! She was there for our entire day, first one to arrive at the venue and last one to leave. She was prepared, professional and extremely skilled at her craft. She set up my decor, placed 4,000 rose petals, and folded my napkins so perfectly to display our donation cards. She came to the rescue the day before, when the napkins I had ordered came the wrong colour, and all different sizes. She has new ones rented, picked up and ready same day!
I have two brides that attended my wedding that are now requesting her information and people are still talking about the incredible job that she did.
When it comes to value, Lindsay does not charge enough for her services. If you are looking for the utmost perfection she is your girl and at a steal of a deal. She contacted all my vendors 4 weeks out, had a 21 page itinerary completed, organized and sent to all my vendors a week out, so they knew exactly where they needed to be and what time. She made final payments day of, and all my other vendors went out of their way to compliment her and her diligence.

Working with Lindsay was an absolute dream! As a creative person with a mind full of ideas, Lindsay played a crucial role in turning my wedding dreams into reality. From our initial chats to streamline my thoughts to the flawless execution of my special day, Lindsay's expertise and dedication shone through.

Lindsay took the reins in managing all vendor communications leading up to the wedding, relieving me of any second-guessing or stress. Walking into my wedding day, I was completely unstressed with zero worries—all thanks to Lindsay's exceptional communication and proactive updates.
