When my fiancée (now wife) first suggested hiring a wedding planner, I wasn’t sure we really needed one.... but I could not have been more wrong. Lindsay was absolutely incredible — we ended up leaning on her for everything. She was our MVP; we don't know how we would have done it without her.
From decorating (we had no idea where to even start) to coordinating with vendors and managing the hundreds of questions that we had throughout the process, Lindsay handled it all with a smile, professionalism, and the kind of calm that instantly puts you at ease. Every question we had was met with thoughtful recommendations and practical solutions.
In the weeks leading up to the wedding — and especially on the big day — we didn’t have to stress or worry about a single thing. Anytime something came up, the answer was “That’s a Lindsay question,” and somehow, it was just magically taken care of.
Our day was perfect, and we owe so much of that to her. If you’re even thinking about hiring a wedding planner, stop thinking and just call Lindsay. It will be the best decision you make :) -

Lindsay was an absolute dream to work with and we cannot recommend her enough. From the very first meeting, we clicked instantly and we knew she was the right person to guide us through our wedding day and planning. She was incredibly organized, with timelines that were truly immaculate, and her coordination with our long list of vendors was seamless. The 2 weeks leading up to the wedding are normally the most stressful, but because we had Lindsay, we were able to relax and enjoy and be excited for our upcoming big day. Our only regret is not hiring her right from the start . Lindsay supported our vision wholeheartedly, from floralscapes to tablescapes, she understood what we were trying to create. She was available by phone or email and responded promptly to every question or concern. This was especially important to us as we were abroad during the entire wedding planning process. She was able to guide us and give us advice on items we didn't even realize we had neglected or thought of. She went above and beyond in every detail a couple could possibly imagine. On our wedding day, we were able to be present with each other, and enjoy the day thoroughly, knowing that Lindsay was our wedding coordinator. Thanks to Lindsay, our day ran smoothly, beautifully, and stress free! She was one of the best decisions we made! -

Lindsay and her team were fantastic, and we couldn't have asked for better support leading up to our wedding.
Lindsay's pre-made documents and guidelines made the planning process easy to follow and smooth. On the wedding day itself, her team was in complete control, allowing us to relax and focus on enjoying the day.

I can confidently say that hiring Lindsay Plank as our wedding planner was the best decision we made with regards to our wedding day! Lindsay was able to transform a few vague ideas and one loosely structured vision board into the wedding of our dreams that we didn’t even know we wanted. She took the time to get to know us, figured out what our priorities were and was able to recommend vendors that matched our energy. Neither one of us experienced an ounce of stress throughout the planning process, all thanks to Lindsay.
Not only did Lindsay plan the whole event, but she was with us all day on the day of, making sure everything was moving along as scheduled and without issue. Equipped with spot cleaner for our messier groomsmen, tricks to remove deodorant stains for our bridesmaids and a stern pronouncement for boundary pushing relatives, Lindsay is ten steps ahead and has a solution for every problem (albeit few and far between). Our day was absolutely perfect and we wouldn’t have changed a minute of it! -

Where would we be without Lindsay!? Lindsay was absolutely phenomenal in planning and executing our tented private property wedding in just under 5 months. She was the best decision we made and could not recommend her more.
She saw our vision and made our dreams come true despite a host of pivots, last minute changes, and speed bumps along the way. She was calm, cool, and collected and she effortlessly solved every challenge or problem that comes up when planning/hosting a wedding on private property. Beyond being able to navigate challenges with ease, she flawlessly designed and created a beautiful, seamless event. She had incredible vendor recommendations and relationships that just made the day gorgeous.
Hire her!!! She is the best. So easy to work with, so talented at what she does, and has a can-do attitude that makes it easy to forget the stresses and enjoy the day. We can't thank her enough. -

Lindsay was phenomenal to work with over the course of planning of the Wedding to the Day of! Lindsay was able to bring our ideas and visions to reality, she was the most important part of our Day! We thank her very much for making the process so simple and low-stress. Lindsay took charge on the day of when anything was required and allowed us to truly enjoy our special day to the fullest! Highly recommend working with Lindsay for your Wedding, you won't regret it!
