Kalla, thank you! We hired Kalla as a wedding coordinator for the day. She was great to share with us some templates so we could do our budgeting, seating chart, photoshot list, run of show, and more. She attended our rehearsal, guides us through it and coordinated well with the officiant. She was more than happy to set-up our welcome table, welcome sign and seating chart for us. She also added little details to our tables and made sure everything was set-up on time for our big day. She coordinated and talked to DJ & emcee and venue staff. She was good in keeping us on schedule and making sure we were ok and felt supported.
