Hire Her!!

I don’t even know where to start...Jennifer is truly magical. If you’re lucky enough to have her as your wedding coordinator, trust me: you are in the very best of hands. HIRE HER! From our very first conversation, I knew she was the one. She has the BEST personality - warm, calm, professional, and so easy to connect with. She was my day-of coordinator and handled every detail flawlessly. She’s organized (her timeline is next level), knowledgeable, flexible, and adapts to changes with ease. She coordinated so seamlessly with all my vendors and made sure everything was exactly as I envisioned - from our special song cues to the cold sparklers. Jennifer went above and beyond. She was the first to arrive at the venue and the last to leave. She ran our rehearsal so my bridal party felt confident and comfortable, managed all the personalities of family and friends, and even had a sewing needle already threaded when I thought I had a dress emergency - something I’ll never forget. She gave my parents and I such peace of mind, and even when our ceremony had to start late, she handled it so smoothly no one even noticed. Jennifer truly felt like family and I genuinely miss her since the wedding. She played such an important role in making our day perfect, and I am forever grateful. The best decision you'll make for your wedding day!!!

Choosing Jennifer as our planner for our wedding this past summer (July 2024) was truly one of the best decisions we made throughout the whole wedding planning process! She is absolutely incredible and so easy to work with. Our initial consultation call ended up being over 2 hours (during the evening) because of how easy and personable she is to talk too, she understood our vision completely right off the bat and had so many ideas on how to make things work for our budget that it was no question we had to hire her.
We booked with her in February 2023 and ended up going with the wedding day coordination package, as well as an add on custom design package since the aesthetic of the wedding was really important to us and something I could of never done on my own! Her pricing was so reasonable compared to other planners, and she really does go above and beyond to make things happen while also being realistic about what your budget can get you.
Initially upon hiring her, she sent a link to our own wedding planning portal with so many resources to help us throughout the planning process (budgeter, checklist, contact list, guest list tracker etc.), as well as a very thorough wedding day questionnaire with hundreds of things to work on leading up to the wedding that I probably would of missed or forgotten about otherwise.
The wedding day coordination didn't start until a few months before the wedding, but she made it clear that we could reach out at anytime if we had any questions about vendors to book or just needed advice and I definitely took advantage of that many times! She always made a point to get back to us very quickly with a detailed thoughtful response and it really did help ease my planning stress as a Type A bride.
We started working on our design package together shortly after booking her, and it didn't wrap up until September 2023 so it was definitely a long detailed process which we really appreciated that nothing was rushed and really felt like it was totally custom for us! After an initial basic questionnaire, Jennifer compiled a thorough PDF of all the floral/design elements we were wanting for the wedding day, suggested vendors/pricing, a mock budget, etc. followed by a long meeting going over all the details. We also did a site visit at that time and met her in person which just solidified that we made the right decision with how much we clicked with her right off the bat.
After booking our floral/decor vendor through her, things picked back up in May 2024 with a long overview call and from that point on we were talking basically every single day via email or our Whatsapp group chat at all hours of the day/night which was so nice to have someone knowledgeable to refer to for help during the last few months of craziness before the wedding day. Jennifer truly became a friend to us throughout the process and it felt strange at first to not be talking 24/7 anymore after the wedding was over!
One thing in hindsight that I think may have been a good idea was to have done a site visit with our floral/decor vendor, we did a final one with Jennifer a few weeks out from the wedding but there were a few things design wise on the wedding day that were different than we expected and weren't exactly translated how we had hoped. I think it was more miscommunication with the floral/decor vendor since we didn't book with them directly but perhaps a site visit all together would of avoided those hiccups.
I had a hard time emotionally on the wedding day as lots of little things went wrong behind the scenes, but Jennifer handled it all so gracefully and I hope she knows how much we appreciated her! From the thorough rehearsal to the wedding day all of our friends and family were beyond impressed with her. I'm definitely not the easiest bride she's ever had to deal with but she never made us feel like we were being unreasonable or asking for too much and I really don't know what we would have done without her. We hope to see her planning all of our friends weddings in the future!!!

Truly Exceptional!

Jennifer went above and beyond to make our day absolutely incredible! From our first meeting, we knew we were in great hands. Jennifer is professional and attentive, and all of our communication with her was timely and effective. She helped us navigate all of the typical challenges that come with planning a wedding, as well as some unique challenges that arose.

Our wedding was the most perfect day and she coordinated everything wonderfully! We were able to fully enjoy our special day, confident that every detail was expertly managed.

We highly recommend Jennifer and are incredibly grateful to have had her support on our most special day! Thank you so much Jennifer!

Jennifer is the absolute best!

Jennifer was our wedding day-of coordinator and we cannot recommend her more highly. She was so lovely to work with, super organized and nothing calmed down my partner and I's stress more than a chat with Jennifer and her reassuring us that she's handling things and they'll turn out well! She was an absolute pro and made sure everything day of went completely smoothly, was on top of everything, and really enabled us to basically be guests at our own wedding, partying and dancing with no cares in the world. Once again, cannot recommend her enough!

Wonderful experience~

Jennifer was the first coordinator that we met with after we realized we wanted someone to handle all of our wedding logistics. We knew before we met with the rest that she would be who we hired. She was so easy to talk to, and made a point to ask us questions that would make this the perfect day. Being in the event industry, I knew there was the risk of not being able to turn my event brain off, but there was never a doubt that Jennifer had everything well under control. We couldn't have asked for a better person to plan our day!

Invest in Jen!

Where do we even start...
From the moment we booked Jennifer to be our wedding coordinator she was a fun, organized, breath of fresh air.

Our wedding was the most perfect day and she coordinated everything wonderfully. If there were any issues, we sure didn't know about them. As our wedding day at the Wallace Venue, with 140 guests attending, went utterly perfect.

She went above and beyond our contracted work and made everything happen for us, exactly as we envisioned. MVP!

Along the wedding planning process, we felt we gained a genuine friendship with Jen. Having that bond with her on our wedding made such a difference in making the day so special and memorable (some might also say.. *iconic*). It was so difficult to say goodbye to her at the end of our wedding night! As we don't plan of getting married again :P - We hope to see her again, coordinating weddings we attend in the future!

Jennifer is a true professional, and we were so unbelievable grateful to have had her in our corner on our most special day.

The Best Decision We Made was Hiring Jenn!

Me and my fiancé (now husband) were debating whether we should hire a wedding coordinator for our smallish (80ppl)/local wedding in Vancouver. I can now say with 100% certainty that hiring Jenn was the best decision we ever made, she guided us through the wedding planning process with ease, kept us on track, and gave us invaluable advice. In addition, I don't know how we would have gotten through the actual day of without her. Jenn and her assistant took care of every detail (e.g., setting up the ceremony, coordinating with the vendors, making sure our timing was on point, taking everything down, moving necessary items to the reception, setting up the reception, checking in with us throughout the day, taking care of any issues before they got to us, taking everything down at the end of the night etc. etc. etc.). She made sure everything ran smoothly the entire day so I literally didn't have to worry about a thing and just got to enjoy myself. I can't say enough good things about Jenn, we are so lucky that she was able to be our coordinator and I have already started telling all of my engaged friends about her. Thanks Jenn, we could not have done it without you!!!!!

The very best there is!

We sought out Jennifer to manage our wedding day, an intimate ceremony and reception of 30 guests. Despite the small scale of our wedding, we knew it would be important to have an advocate and shoulder to lean on to take care of all the things that unexpectedly come up, so that we could enjoy our day without worry. Upon our first virtual consultation, we knew she was the one for us. Her professionalism, wealth of experience, passion and warmth shined through our every interaction, and having her in our corner made everything feel seamless and stress-free (not an easy feat). Working with Jennifer truly felt like working with a friend—she is compassionate, friendly, funny, and thoughtful. She is organized, timely, calm under pressure, and collaborative…She’s EVERYTHING.

The day itself was perfect, and we have her to thank for all of it. Cannot recommend her services enough!

The best there is!

Jennifer is amazing at what she does.

She is so personal and connected with us right away. She took time to get to know us and our families and went above and beyond for us. All of our communication with her was timely and effective. She handled some tough conversations between us and our venue when they were being difficult and advocated for us. She is an absolute lifesaver!! Highly recommend.

Simply the Best

We hired Jennifer about 10 months out from our originally planned 150-person wedding at the Pipe Shop for February 2022. We knew we needed someone to handle all the details on the day, so we could just enjoy every moment. We were even more happy that we hired Jennifer when Covid struck and we had to postpone due to the restrictions and safety concerns! Jennifer helped us so much, from planning a new mini-ceremony for just family within a couple weeks, so we could keep our anniversary, then arranging a new date for our bigger celebration with as many vendors we had already paid deposits with as we could! We got lucky and were able to have our big celebration only 2 months after our original date, but that didn't give us a lot of time to get everything done, but Super Jennifer had it all under control! She totally understood our vision, and any small adjustments that had to be made day of - she had it! Not only is she a great coordinator, but just an awesome person! I could not recommend her more!
