Karen and her team are amazing! Professional, organized, flexible, good time management and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their services! Anything you need they are there to support and guide. They will go to see vendors with you and have phone call meetings to build your perfect day. I started planning my wedding by myself and let me tell you it was a lot more work than I realized. There are so many little details you don’t even realize. A few months into the planning we decided to hire KC Events to help us, and that was the best decision we could have made. Through the entire planning process my stress levels went right down because Karen really took the time to connect with me, understand what I needed and made me feel like I was her top priority. On the day of our wedding, even though we had a few unforeseen issues with family members, I felt like the most stress free bride ever because of Karen. She took care of everything down to the last detail and allowed me to just relax and enjoy the moments of getting married. Having Karen and her team was such a relief. They were so on top of everything during the planning process that it took away so much stress and worry. They knew every detail, every contract, every appointment date we had coming up. If we were unsure of a detail or date or anything, we could look at their notes and it would be in there along with notes of things that needed to be done or questions to be asked. When things came up as they do during weddings, Karen and her team were available for us to talk through it and always had advice or options to resolve anything. We never had a reason to worry about anything because they were there. You can tell through all of their hard work and dedication that they truly love what they do. They put that love into your event and it shows to everyone that is there.

We didn’t believe they could get any more amazing until the day of. They absolutely blew us away and we are still in awe of how amazing they are. We truly do not know if anything didn’t go as planned because KC EVENTS was on top of everything and made sure we had nothing to worry about. They also helped part of our bridal party pull off a beautiful surprise performance of a song and managed to get a guitar, mic, and music stand set up without us having a clue! If we had to do it over, in every version of that day imaginable, KC EVENTS is there. We had multiple guests tell us that it was the best wedding they had been to and that is largely impart to the work of KC EVENTS.
