My husband and I are very particular about everything. We had a dream (a big one) about our wedding. Our guest list started around 600. We contacted Solid Events to see what they can help us with. We knew we needed help sooner or later. To our surprise, Solid Events just wowed us with the detail of how they can help us. They started by helping us find a venue and negotiated the price to lowest possible price for us. We booked venue, decor, photography/videography, limo, exotic car (for my husband ), invitation cards, and sherwani. They knew our event details inside out so we asked the husband and wife duo to MC our event for 500 people. They helped us every step of the way, sometimes they were two steps ahead. I remember freaking out about all the possible things that could go wrong one night. Olid contacted me and spoke to me for hours explaining how this is our night and nothing can make it any less special. We rented a car only to find out the day before that the car had scratches and was an accidental car. We messaged Solid, and right away they got us a Porsche GT3 2018 for a price that we couldn't believe, they even offered to pay for some of it since we already rented a car ourself. We visited their booth at Audley recreation centre in Ajax for a Ramadan expo. We were buying 4 dresses and 1 was stained so we asked to get the price lowered and then the man (owner) started arguing telling me how this isn’t Walmart and he can’t do anything about it as it’s a “defect”…. very disrespectful and rude. I would never go back to this booth again. I will be notifying all my followers about this experience as I often get offered to collab with big vendors.

I hired Olid and Saima for my Big Fat Bengali wedding! The dynamic duo impressed me and my hubby in our very first consultation! We got Full Service planning. I live in Winnipeg and had my wedding in Toronto. It was also the first wedding in the family in Canada! Planning my dream wedding from another province would have been impossible without Olid and Saima! They handled EVERYTHING, from finding the vendors, to handling budgets, to giving me a reality check (brides need that sometime LOL), to destressing me, you name it, they did it. I had knocked on several decor company doors around the GTA. It seemed as though anything we wanted for our reception backdrop that looked even remotely decent was running us an insane bill! I almost gave up and then thought, I’ve seen creating bliss events around my Instagram feed. It wouldn’t hurt to reach out to them and see if they know a smaller decor company that could fit out budget. It was so amazingly easy from there on. I gave them my budget, and an idea of what I wanted. Creating Bliss Events literally made it happen ALL IN within the budget I had given them! I was astounded because my budget was less than a third of the quotes I got from other companies. Not only did they get the job done, and that too amazingly, but they genuinely cared. They touched base with me often, was super quick to respond whenever I had questions. I only wish I had taken them on earlier during my planning process because I’m certain they would’ve done an amazing job at a very affordable rate. If you’re wondering whether you should reach out to them, take it from me and just do it! You won’t regret it and you’ll find they’ll offer so many more solutions to problems you didn’t even know you had lol. 100% recommend!

My husband and I booked them literally the month after my sister's wedding; which they also planned and coordinated. We booked them a year in advance and they connected with us throughout the months to plan our wedding. They helped us secure everything from venue, photo/ video, decor, makeup, cake, DJ, clothing, etc. There were some changes that had to take place with the date but they were very understanding, and quick to contact all vendors to accommodate the change.

We provided them with a rough estimate of the budget and guest list. They handled it all from there. Not only did they stay within the budget but also save us a lot of cost.We really appreciated the honest feedback, and constant reminders. "Every dollar saved is a dollar towards your future!" Our MC couldnt make it so Saima and Olid stepped into coordinate and MC the main event at the same time. All the guests really enjoyed the entertainment they had planned. Very very satisfied with their service. They took care of everything including wedding invitation cards, getting us the best deal for photo and videography, cake decoration, stage decoration, make-up artist, and handling the entire itinerary on the day of the event for a very reasonable price. They exceeded our expectation with unique ideas causing our guests to compliment our event. I'll definitely use their service again if opportunity arise.
