Coordinated by T is here to support you on your special day by providing day-of-coordination. We believe in collaborating with you as you prepare and plan for your big day. We work with you to ensure that your day is stress-free so you can focus and enjoy all the special moments while we ensure everything goes smoothly behind the scenes. We believe in ensuring that you feel supported as you prepare for your wedding and are here to assist you to ensure your day goes smoothly and according to your vision. We have numerous years of planning large events and intimate gatherings and will work with you to curate a plan that works for you.
Our coorindator is an experienced event planner, her experience and ability to troubleshoot, adapt and be flexible is often valued by our couples.
Our wedding day-of-coordination flat rate includes support on your wedding rehearsal or a venue visit before your big day. Also, we meet with the couple before the wedding day to go through plans, vendors and to answer questions. Together we will work with you to build a day of schedule and to ensure you have backup plans for things such as weather, unexpected additional guests etc.
Wedding Day-of-Coorindation services include:
- Creating a timeline/schedule for the couple prior to the wedding for vendors and bridal party
- Creating floor plan for ceremony and reception layout
- Day-of-contact for all vendors
- Coordinating rehearsal with officiant
- Ensuring or helping set up and take down decor
- Connecting with the couple starting 3-6 months before the wedding date
- Zoom, email or phone calls in the months and weeks leading up to the day to finalize schedule and details
- Total day of coordination (up to 8 hours) including set up/takedown (additional hours available for an additional fee)

Thilini is the BEST!
Thilini was an absolute joy to work with! From the very beginning, she helped us create a wedding day timeline that felt comfortable and included everything we wanted. Our wedding at Heritage Hall was essentially a blank slate, which meant coordinating multiple vendors and bringing in all of our own décor and materials. Thilini handled every detail seamlessly and kept the entire day running so smoothly.
Our guests are still raving about how organized and effortless everything felt, and that's a true testament to her hard work behind the scenes. She is personable, incredibly organized, and always one step ahead. Knowing she was there allowed us to relax and truly enjoy our wedding day.

Best Decision I Made !!
Thilini was absolutely incredible. She was so organized, and i didnt have to think of a single thing the day of my wedding thanks to her. She kept everything running so smoothly and executed my vision perfectly. Leading up to the wedding, she was so responsive and we had multiple calls where she helped me flush out things that were causing me stress. I cannot recommend her enough.

We are so grateful for Thilini and cannot say enough good things! From the moment we connected with her, her warm, calm, and positive energy put us completely at ease. She came recommended by family, and wow, did she deliver! Every detail leading up to the wedding was handled with care and precision. On the day itself, she made everything run so smoothly we barely had to think about a thing and could truly enjoy the moment. When unexpected hiccups arose (missing bridesmaid bouquets just before the ceremony) she resolved the situation swiftly and seamlessly. Her experience is truly invaluable. She anticipated things we would never have even thought to plan for. We truly cannot imagine the day without her. We'd recommend her to anyone, without hesitation.

Best Decision We Made!
We honestly can't say enough good things about Thilini! Five stars doesn't even feel like enough. If you are on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator, DO IT, and make sure it's Thilini. It was single-handedly the best money we spent on our entire wedding.
She is an absolute rockstar. Thilini thought of so many details and asked us questions that hadn't even crossed our minds. Because of her, we were actually able to relax and be present on our wedding day without worrying about a single thing behind the scenes. Best Wedding Day of Coordinator!
From the start, Thilini was clear and open about everything and has so much experience, as shown through the various questions she asked to plan every detail I didn't think of. She was so supportive throughout the planning process and always open in her communication, whether it be through text or email. My husband and I didn't worry at all as she had our backs throughout our wedding day, ensuring we were doing okay and attended to our personal needs too. Thilini exudes not only utmost professionalism in her planning, but also in dealing with others. The vision for my wedding was really perfect and it wouldn't have happened without Thilini.

Easiest choice for your wedding day!
Thilini was easily the best investment on our wedding day. She was kind, attentive, and worked well with all of our vendors on the day of. Her attention to detail allowed us to leave everything to her without any worry. Personally, my day was stress free because I knew our setup was in great hands.

The best wedding decision we made!
At first my husband and I were on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator, but we truly could not have had the successful event that we did without Thilini's help. The guidance, preparation, and advice she provided in the month(s) leading up to the wedding were invaluable and ensured everything ran smoothly. On the wedding day, we knew we were in good hands, and that reassurance helped eliminate so much potential stress.

Stress free wedding
I would recommend Thilini 1000 times. She was able to coordinate everyone involved very well and keep me calm. It was absolutely worth to have her service. She did everything I asked for, she really took the time to have meetings with me and understand my style. I really appreciate your time and service. I can't imagine not having you beside me that day!
