Based out of Toronto, Ontario, Claudia Cole Events plans intimate affairs for as low as 40 guests as well as more elaborate weddings for up to 300 guests. They have partnered with many Toronto venues including the Four Seasons Toronto Hotel, Casa Loma, Deer Hurst, Gardiner Museum and the Steam Whistle Brewery.

A Must Have Wedding Planner

Claudia has been an absolute God send!!! My wife and I were fortunate enough to have the pleasure of working with Claudia and her team for over 12 months planning our wedding. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the field. This ultimately allowed us to move through the wedding planning process with ease, efficiency and confidence.

Having Claudia on our side allowed us to enjoy the process in a stress free manner and allowed us to be financially effective with our dollar/budget. She was a champion for advocating on our behalf with 3rd party vendors and with our venue. She is realistic, down to earth, non-judgmental and was able to provide us with her honest feedback.

Claudia was able to make our dream wedding come to fruition. Our day was absolutely magical and everything went as planned!

We feel so blessed to have met her and would recommend Claudia to anyone for any event/party coordination! I will definitely be requesting her services for any major party planning in the future (ie baby shower, anniversaries)

Seamless planning experience!

Claudia and her team made our wedding day incredible from start to finish! After feeling completely overwhelmed by all of the planning, we engaged Claudia last year and she made everything so smooth - from getting vendor quotes and managing bookings to creating the timeline and making sure the day of ran smoothly, she did it all with grace and made it look easy. We had the day of our dreams thanks to Claudia and her team!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Claudia and Jennifer! From start to finish, Claudia was incredibly knowledgeable about our venue and their typical setup and operations. I spoke with several wedding coordinators before making my decision, and it was immediately clear that Claudia not only deeply cared about doing an amazing job but also had the expertise to back it up. She asked all the right questions, provided thoughtful suggestions, and ensured every single detail was handled seamlessly.

Ahead of the wedding, Claudia coordinated everything behind the scenes with our vendors exceptionally well. Her organization and attention to detail gave me complete confidence that everything would run smoothly—and it did! I also used Claudia’s décor rental company for my various stationery pieces, including signs, the seating chart, table numbers, and even the cake-cutting knife. They were absolutely perfect! When designing my stationery, she made edits flawlessly, double-checking every detail to ensure everything was exactly as I envisioned. It is very clear that she pays close attention to detail and takes great pride in her work.

On my wedding day, I didn’t have to check the time or worry about a single thing—Claudia and Jennifer had everything under control. They coordinated with all our vendors effortlessly, ensuring everything was running smoothly behind the scenes. With so many moving pieces, their ability to stay calm, proactive, and solutions-oriented was invaluable. Even when one of our vendors arrived late, Claudia handled it with such professionalism and grace, making adjustments seamlessly so that the day continued without a hitch.

Beyond their professionalism, both Claudia and Jennifer brought an incredible energy to the day. Claudia’s calm and collected approach helped me feel completely at ease, allowing me to fully enjoy every moment. Jennifer’s positivity and bright, beaming smile made every interaction a joy. Their teamwork, organization, and passion for what they do made all the difference in creating a truly perfect day.

We couldn't have done it without them...

We couldn't have done it without them. We first met with Claudia and Jennifer via Zoom and felt a sense of ease right from the first call. Jennifer was our planner leading up to the event. She made sure every Vendor was contacted, on time and that every detail was covered. She reviewed every contract to make sure we got what we paid for and made sure the weeks leading up to the event were less stressful. There were many whatsapp messages thoughout the evenings and nights where we wondered if she even sleeps. We were amazed how much attention she gave to just us, considering the amount of wedding she does. It was quite astonishing.

All day of events were perfectly coordinated and taken care of including the first look, the photos, speeches, main courses and cake cutting. If you just let the day go, you will miss things. Jennifer and Matt helped to make sure the photos were done according to the shot list and that we didn't stray from the timeline. If we did, we wouldn't have made the sunset photos, which obviously need to be done at a specific time.

They got there early and organized all the menu cards, table placements, photo booths, welcome sign, seating chart and card box.

Our limo taking the wedding part even took the wrong route and she called him for an ETA. When we was off, she reminded him to take the 407, to not be late.

We couldn't have done it without them. So many little details which you don't wanna deal with the day of were all taken care of. As the bride and groom, you just wanna go through the motions and enjoy the day. You don't wanna deal with details and potential issues. You spend 2 years planning and every vendor just need to do their job and be on time. Claudia Cole events made sure everything fell into place and made the day perfect.

Thank you thank you thank you

Hiring Claudia was one of the easiest decisions we made for our wedding, and now months later I am still sooooo happy that we decided to do so. Having her and her team on your side is like having a second brain where most of the stress can live and you don't have to think about much other than the big decisions. Our day was nothing sort of perfect and if the arch was falling down, or donuts had nothing to go on I had no idea about it until the problem was solved and things were good to go.

Herself and Jenn made sure everything was perfect day of, they take the vision from your brain and mouth and translate it into real life. I'm not sure if Claudia is an actual wedding fairy but I think she might be. Speaking and working with her is like hanging out with a close friend, her knowledge and contacts are invaluable, and anything you can think of she'll try and make happen or come up with alternate ideas - I would recommend her to anyone I know and strangers passing on the street if I heard they were looking.

If you're looking for a star vendor, do not hesitate!

Claudia is the best!

Claudia was the absolute best - helping us to navigate our wedding which had to be scheduled and rescheduled 3 separate times. Fantastic service!

Claudia and her team were incredible and a big support on our wedding day. We chose the day of planning service but Claudia was in constant contact at least a couple months before. She helped me make sure everything was organized and reached out to my vendors before the big day. Hiring her was one of the best spends for us. We had no stress on the day of even though I heard afterwards there were hiccups that Claudia handled seamlessly! My guests also commented how kind and helpful her and her assistant were through out the night. She was also very flexible when we had to move our wedding due to Covid circumstances, something I did not find all vendors were like. Very happy with her service, thank you Claudia!

Amazing Experience with Claudia Cole Events

We hired Claudia for her wedding day management services so that we could fully enjoy our wedding day and feel confident that it would run smoothly. We could tell on our very first call that Claudia is professional, calm, kind and extremely organized. Claudia was available several months ahead of time if we had any questions or needed tips or recommendations. She took over communications with each of our vendors about 1-2 months out so she could discuss any logistical details and send them the wedding day itinerary she created. Claudia and her colleague Jennifer were present at our wedding to handle, well, everything, down to the smallest issue or detail you can imagine, and we couldn't be more grateful. We would very highly recommend Claudia's services to anyone who wants a smooth and carefree wedding day. Thank you SO much Claudia and Jennifer!

Awesome coordinators!

We hired Claudia Cole Events for wedding day management services and it was one of the best decisions we ever made! Jennifer, our coordinator and her assistant, Richelle were wonderful, easy to talk to and most of all, quick to adjust to unexpected situations. We had a wedding day emergency where the reception vendor hadn’t provided a photo permit. Jennifer was on the phone immediately and resolved the situation in a short period of time. This allowed my husband and I to fully enjoy our wedding day! They also collected and packed up our items at the end of the night. I highly recommend Claudia and team to any couple who wants a stress free wedding day!
