Barefoot Duo were so wonderful to work with, they were my easiest vendors to communicate and coordinate with! We did engagement and wedding photos with them and loved how they worked together and made us feel totally at ease. Having 2 photographers makes such a difference too. They work off each other and capture your most magic moments from literally every angle. Duo truly is better than one! We would highly recommend Barefoot Duo to anyone looking to capture their special day!

Having Barefoot Duo Photography capture the big moments and small details of our wedding was the best investment we made for our day.

I say investment because, after all is done, your flowers will die, dresses will end up in storage and the food will have been eaten long ago. You will want to look back months later and it's the photos that bring you back to those unforgettable moments. That was the best part, and the most emotional!

After all the planning, the day went so unbelievably fast and we missed so many little, lovely things we had spent months perfecting. Thanks to Elle and Maylies, and their wonderfully detailed eyes, we everything frozen in time. To explain that privilege is very hard, until you've lived it, wished for it and then been happily granted it!

I cannot imagine having any other duo capturing our day. We didn't have "photographers" taking our picture, we had friends! Eight months later we continue to have guests saying how fun, professional and talented these two ladies are!

Had the absolute pleasure of having Barefoot Duo photograph our wedding. If, like me, you feel awkward posing for photos, you've got nothing to worry about - you're in excellent hands. Elle and Maylies have a certain energy about them that makes being in front of the camera an amazing part of the day. Their fun good vibes are totally contagious and it shows up in the photos they capture.

Not only are these girls a blast to work with, but their camera skills and artistic eye are seriously impressive.

We couldn't be happier that wit the finished product. My only wish is that we had more wall space to display the memories from our day - with so many incredible shots, its seriously hard to choose.

They captured the raw and genuine feel of our wedding through their images and delivered exactly what we had requested. Working with Maylies was an incredibly positive experience. She has so much energy and positivity and it shows in her photos. She is super flexible and calming. I am someone who is not naturally relaxed in photos, however, because she's such a friendly and positive person, she makes you at ease. She's also great at taking in the moment photos, instead of staged ones. She catches real moments. I'd definitely recommend them.

M & E were absolutely AMAZING! These barefoot-beauties captured our wedding day in the truest sense. Not only with their artistic talents but also with their positive vibes, excellent communication, and fun nature. They were a dream to work with, and we can’t thank them enough. Elle and Maylies with Barefoot Duo Photography were absolutely amazing. They captured so many special moments without us even realizing they were there! From decorated table settings to reactions of our guests during speeches we now have a string of beautifully captured moments from the day to look back on. They helped with many other things including organizing guests for group photos, timing of the wedding day as well as planning before the wedding. They were kind, organized, easy-going, fun and we felt as comfortable as possible posing for photos. I hadn't realized what a big role the photographers would play at a wedding but they take the photos that you will have forever! First things first, the pictures speak for themselves. They are absolutely stunningly beautiful. Whenever we look at the photos, we are reminded not only of the place and the people that were there, but of the feelings (of love, excitement, anticipation, celebration) that only such a special day can evoke. Not only are Elle and MayLies incredibly talented, but they made the day so much fun. No one tells you how big of a roll your photographers will play on your wedding day - we could not have been happier with our choice.

Maylies and Elle are amazing! I think they are very probably the most fun, professional, talented and best value for money that you can find. They did our camping wedding and we were blown away by the creativity and beauty in our photos. They turned out unique, gorgeous, within budget and on time. Plus, they are probably the most pleasant and reliable two humans you could ask for. I hope I never have to get married again but if I do I know who I'll call for photos.
