Since 2015, I’ve had the privilege of creating and officiating custom wedding ceremonies for couples across Ontario , from intimate celebrations in the countryside to beautiful venues, family properties, lakesides, gardens, mountaintops, and wonderfully unexpected places.

At XO Life Celebrations, I take the time to get to know you, hear your story, and understand what matters most to you. Then I bring those pieces together in a ceremony that feels natural, genuine, and deeply personal, never generic or one-size-fits-all.

I especially love intimate country weddings throughout Hastings County, Quinte, Prince Edward County and the surrounding area, where the setting itself can become part of the story.

MEET TRACY

Tracy B. Richards has been creating and officiating wedding ceremonies across Ontario since 2015.

Warm, genuine and deeply invested in the couples she serves, Tracy believes the best ceremonies aren’t simply performed — they’re experienced. Her ability to listen, notice the details and find the heart of a couple’s story allows her to create ceremonies that feel personal, natural and true to them.

Tracy is an ordained Marketplace Minister and is licensed to solemnize marriages in Ontario. Her background in relationship work stretches back to 2001, bringing a depth of understanding to the way she supports couples as they prepare not only for their wedding day, but for marriage.

Over the years, Tracy has officiated hundreds of ceremonies in settings ranging from elegant venues and family properties to gardens, lakesides and a snowy mountaintop at sunrise.

She has also been recognized by Post City in Toronto’s Best Weddings & Parties — Best Officiant category.

For Tracy, the greatest privilege is still the same: being invited into an important moment in a couple’s story and helping them make it entirely their own.

XO’s Signature Custom Ceremony begins with getting to know you — how you met, what you love about one another, what you’ve lived through together and what you’re looking forward to in your marriage.

From there, your ceremony is thoughtfully written around your story, personalities, values and vision for the day.

Your ceremony can be romantic, joyful, relaxed, traditional, faith-filled, lightly humorous or a combination that feels completely natural to you.

The goal isn’t to create a performance. It’s to create a moment in which you can look at each other, be fully present, and recognize yourselves in the words being spoken.

Tracy brings more than two decades of experience working with individuals and couples and offers marriage preparation using the Prepare/Enrich relationship assessment and guided sessions.
