Owner and lead designer Sarah Vasey has over 15 years of experience in the wedding and event industry. She has earned her certification through the Canadian Association of Floral Art and continues to expand her knowledge through ongoing education and industry training. Sarah is passionate about building genuine relationships with her couples and guiding them through the floral design process, ensuring every detail is carefully planned and beautifully executed.

Services include bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, ceremony florals, aisle décor, floral arches, reception centrepieces, sweetheart table designs, welcome displays, installations, and statement floral pieces.
Couples can choose from fresh flowers, luxury silk flower rentals, or a combination of both to create a personalized floral experience that fits their vision and budget. Professional delivery, setup, and evening pickup are also available, allowing you to enjoy your wedding day while we take care of every floral detail.

When we arrived at the venue on the day, everything was picture-perfect, from the draping to the candles, and we didn’t have to worry about cleanup afterward either. It may sound like the service comes at a steep cost, but Sarah’s pricing is incredibly reasonable for all that she does.

What Sarah was able to create for my wedding was exceptional. My florals were beautiful, the décor was tasteful and the entire setup was a dream come true. Sarah arrived on the day to set up, she moved some of my florals from the ceremony space to my reception area, and she came back at the end of the night to collect some of the décor. Meet the team
With a background in theatre and a love for creating something beautiful from the unexpected, my journey into the wedding and event industry started long before I ever picked up a pair of floral shears.
I began my career working with companies that produced large-scale corporate events, transforming ordinary rooms into completely different environments using props and décor that we designed and created ourselves. It was there that I discovered how much I loved the creative process — taking an idea and turning it into something people could actually step into and experience.
From there, I found my way into the world of flowers. I had the opportunity to work alongside some incredibly talented designers, learning by watching, experimenting and absorbing as many techniques and design ideas as I could. Over time, I developed my own style and eventually branched out on my own.
When I started having children, owning my own business gave me the flexibility I needed to balance work and family. What started as a way to create that flexibility has now grown into 10 years of running my own company, and I couldn't be more grateful for where the journey has taken me.
Today, I’m always looking for new ways to give my clients more flexibility and more options when it comes to their wedding and event designs. Over the past two years, I’ve been developing our Forever Flowers collection — creating reusable floral arches, centrepieces and décor pieces that can be enjoyed again and again. My goal is to create beautiful designs while reducing unnecessary waste and giving couples another option when planning their wedding.
When I'm not working on flowers or dreaming up new designs, you'll usually find me outside with my loving husband of 17 years and our two kids. We love our outdoor adventures — whether that's hiking a new trail, getting out on the canoe, or trying our luck at catching a fish every now and then.
At the end of the day, I think my theatre background still influences everything I do. I love transforming a space, creating an atmosphere and finding those little details that make an event feel like you. And after 10 years in business, I'm still just as excited to see an idea come to life as I was when I first started.
