I can't say enough good things about the Elora Mill and their team! We just got married here at the beginning of October, and the team truly went above and beyond to make the day extra special.

We worked with Danielle leading up to the wedding, who was so lovely to work with, making sure we had everything we needed and was always so responsive and helpful.

Madison was our day-of coordinator, and we truly cannot say enough about how incredible she was. She was prepared for literally anything and everything, and made sure the entire day ran smoothly. She anticipated all of our needs, even before we knew what they might be. The magic she was able to create behind the scenes to ensure everything was perfect meant the world to us. I even saw her behind the bar at one point helping out when the bar line got long - a jack of all trades!

The pricing is on the higher side, but it's totally worth it. The venue is beautiful and all of our guests were saying just how elegant everything looked, and they were wow'd with how cute and charming the town of Elora is.

Our wedding at Elora Mill was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We got married on a Thursday (October 2, 2025), and the entire experience — from planning to the big day — exceeded every expectation.
We first worked with Bobbie and later Amie during the planning process, and they were both incredible — detail-oriented, fun, attentive, flexible, and so accommodating. They made planning stress-free and were always quick to respond, organized, and genuinely excited for us.

Our day-of concierge, Brooke, was an absolute dream. She went above and beyond all day — truly made me feel like a queen! I didn’t lift a finger. She was always ten steps ahead: when I needed scissors to cut a ribbon, she already had them ready. When my now-husband needed a Tums, the ceremony leaders had exactly what he needed. Every tiny detail was handled with care and calm professionalism.

The venue itself was stunning — every corner is breathtaking. The team did a flawless job bringing our vision to life, and the food was phenomenal. Even though the day flew by, the team made sure we actually got to eat and enjoy it all! We had a delicious charcuterie spread in the bridal suite, and after photos, they gave us a quiet moment to enjoy the cocktail hour food before joining our guests.

They constantly made sure our drinks were full, our gifts were safely stored, and that we were fully taken care of from morning to night.

The bartenders were amazing, the servers were so attentive, and every staff member went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless.

A huge thank you to the incredible team who made our day what it was: Sam (Special Events Consultant), Amie (Senior Special Events Consultant), Me (Senior Manager), Brooke (Concierge), Mesa (Ceremony Specialist), Trish, and Mads (Madison).
To top it all off, we returned to our room at the end of the night to find personalized handwritten cards waiting for us — such a thoughtful and heartwarming touch.

There’s truly not one bad thing to say about Elora Mill or the amazing people who work there. They made our dream wedding come to life and treated us like family every step of the way. Highly, highly recommend Elora Mill — you will be in the best hands!

Me and my now husband came to Elora as our previous location fell through two weeks before our wedding. They found a way to make it work and seem like we had spend months planning not just weeks. Their attention to detail, levels of experience, and everyone’s genuine passion for what they do is unmatched. We had Bobbie as our sales consultant and she made sure we got everything hammered out with no question left unanswered. She was fun and bubbly and took all the stress away and left only joy and anticipation in its place. For the day of we had Sam as our ceremony specialist and she did not disappoint, she is like clockwork making sure everything was timed exactly how we wanted, greeting our guests and making everyone feel welcomed. My concierge was Catarina and she was prepared for any little thing we did, she made sure every need I might need was met. She always had the brightest smile and made sure I was perfect before walking down the aisle, but she didn’t just stop there her help continued until the end of the night even helping our photographer line up my family for photos. Finally we had Tyson for our day of, he went out of his way to make sure everything was exactly how we envisioned it he took care of us as well as our guests, he took extra steps to make sure not only us but that the venue shined even more then they normally do. We can not thank the team enough they made our day perfect 💕

My wife and I got married at the Elora Mill this past august 24. What an incredible day. We had a fairly short engagement, only six months, and I really believe that our wedding day wouldn't have come together and wonderfully as it did if it wasn't for the staff at the Elora mill. Our wedding coordinator was Bobbi Kennedy, she was patient, thoughtful, attentive, and promptly answered all of our questions, regardless of how silly they probably were. She was an incredible help. We used the preferred vendors list they had at the mill, we used their suggested photographer, and florist, and they were both incredible. From when we got to the mill the day before our wedding for the rehearsal, they were with us every step of the way, anything we needed they got. When asked if there was anything else we needed before the ceremony my wife jokingly said "an iced cap would be wonderful", well low and behold, as soon as we ended the ceremony there was an iced cap waiting for her. My dad forgot his pocket square, and the staff at the mill went out and got him one in about fifteen minutes. I truly cannot express my gratitude enough to the staff at the mill for making our wedding day so memorable. The food was top notch, the rooms were beautiful, I really couldn't find something to complain about even if I tried. 10/10!

We had an absolutely wonderful wedding day at the Elora Mill thanks to their beautiful venue and amazing team. But without a doubt, our day of coordinator Madison Farrell was our saving grace. She was with Charlie and I throughout our entire day, ensuring we had the best day. She helped every step of the way, from manually fixing my dad’s boutonnière to ensure it fit properly in his suit to only letting me go barefoot on the dance floor for 0.1 seconds before personally handing me a pair of slippers. She escorted me to our hotel room to change into my second look and helped us every step of the way. We couldn’t be more grateful for her help. Elora Mill - get this girl a very well deserved raise!!!

Choosing Elora Mill as our wedding venue was easily one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process.

From our first tour, we were blown away by the level of hospitality and kindness from the staff at the Mill. That same feeling translated through our entire wedding planning process and wedding day.

Our consultant Bobbie- was amazing to deal with. She was easy to get a hold of and helped guide me through the entire wedding planning journey. She really made the experience seamless.

Our day of coordinators Madison and Eva were always two steps ahead of what we needed. Before we had even asked, what we needed was done. Madison helped calm my nerves the entire day and bent over backwards to make sure we had the best night possible. I cannot thank them enough.

We laughed, we cried, we soaked in every breathtaking moment, and at the heart of it all was a team of people who made it possible for us to truly live in the magic of it.

We just had our wedding here and it was the most wonderful experience . The entire Elora Mill team is exceptional. I would definitely recommend this venue ! Everything with timeline from planning to executing was very smooth. My sales consultant was Bobbie and she was awesome! Answered all my questions in a timely manner, super friendly and was very helpful. She was amazing to work with!

Now on the day of my wedding I met Madison as my concierge. SHE WAS AMAZING . SO INCREDIBLY HELPFUL ! She really was the MVP of the day. My bridesmaids were even obsessed . Madison went above and beyond to help me on my most magical day. From having supplies on her that I might need ( like tissues ) and always making sure I have all my things with me, I did not even need to stress about that one bit. She even grabbed my glasses for me when I suddenly needed to take my contacts out. She hiked with me helping me carry my dress so I could get amazing pictures across the waters and DID NOT DISAPPOINT . My dress did not get wet thanks to her ! She made me feel so comfortable and at ease on my special day and even helped me wipe up my tears! Things that I didn't know I needed , Madison had. She is a real girls girl. From the beginning to the end of the night Madison was the best concierge/day of c. and I am so happy she was chosen for my day. :)

We got married at Elora Mill this past Friday. I cannot stress this enough - book your wedding there. Yes, it is expensive. However, it was so worth it. The staff at Elora Mill are so attentive, friendly, professional, and kind. ESPECIALLY Madison. Madison made our entire day. She was by my side from the beginning of the ceremony until the end of the reception. She anticipated things that I would want or need, she was extremely helpful, she calmed my nerves, she made me feel comfortable. I could not recommend her more.

The food was also exceptional. Every guest raved about the food and how most of the time the food at weddings isn't good but ours was exceptional.

Weddings can be so stressful but I wasn't stressed at all throughout the day. I am so glad we chose Elora Mill and that I was assigned Madison as my Concierge.

The property is absolutely beautiful and works perfectly as both a hotel and a wedding venue. The location couldn’t be better—right by the gorge, with the sound of rushing water just below. The hotel itself is gorgeous, and the rooms all have their own unique charm. The staff were fantastic—super friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed.

The spa was a nice bonus for us, with relaxing views and thoughtful touches like tea, water, cookies, and apples. It really added to the whole experience.

The wedding venue is just steps away from the hotel and just as lovely. The team there really know what they’re doing. They were organized, helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The food was also amazing—every meal was delicious, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about it.

Bobbie and the Events Team were with us every step of the way during the wedding planning process. They made it all feel less overwhelming and kept us on track. On our wedding day, Sam and Madison were absolute lifesavers. They handled everything—from coordinating with vendors to setting up and even playing the ceremony music. We felt totally supported and taken care of all day long.
