The Best Day of Our Lives thanks to Elora Mill
The Elora Mill was the wedding venue of our dreams in every possible sense. From the moment we started planning our wedding Bobbie and her staff were incredible, they responded to every one of our emails/questions so quickly and were incredibly organized and our tasting experience and rehearsal were phenomenal.
The accommodations at the James Ross house for the night before and of our wedding were absolutely perfect and the staff went out of their way to add so many special touches.
Our wedding day was flawless, every part of the execution was done perfectly; from the set up, to the staff keeping guests moving into the chapel on time, to finding our missing wedding cake that was delivered to the wrong venue, they took care of everything. Dinner was incredible and the bar was fantastic.
The cherry on top of the day was Eva who was our concierge for the day. From carrying around my train and veil, keeping me warm during pictures with a shawl she had waiting, making sure we always had a drink in hand or snacks when needed, or making sure we were on track for our timeline, we couldn't have imagined how much we needed her there on our wedding day.
So many of our guests told us that our wedding was the best they had ever been to, if you're looking for an elevated, classic, beautiful day, Elora will absolutely deliver. We couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else and we can't recommend it highly enough. -

Elora Wedding experience- THE BEST!
We had the most incredible experience working with the Elora Mill and their dream team for our wedding! We worked closely with Bobbie- who was absolutely amazing and phenomenal at what she does. She made every step of the planning process effortless and fun! She answered my million emails and questions and made us feel so confident and excited about our big day at their venue. We also had Eva for our day of concierge and she was also so so wonderful! She was with us for the entire day and managed our day of events so flawlessly. We did not have to think of anything, she had it covered! We also had the pleasure to meet Jason and Michelle!! All the staff at the Elora Mill were just phenomenal and executed our day so perfectly. We could not have dreamed of a better more perfect wedding. If you’re thinking of planning your wedding with the Elora Mill- do it!! You’ll be so happy you did!! We cannot say enough great things about them! Happy planning! -

December Wedding!
Elora Mill, we have absolutely no words. From the moment we came in and met Bobbie, we knew this was definitely the place we were going to get married. She was kind, caring and very helpful to make our dreams a reality. She took the stress out of every detail and made our experience so fun!! Everything was a 10/10 from planning to execution and obviously the Elora Mill is the most breathtaking wedding destination!! We couldn’t have asked for a better day, we wish we could do it all over again!❤️❤️

Still swooning over our Elora Mill Wedding!
We got married in September 2025 and cannot say enough amazing things about Elora Mill. From the very first time we toured the space up until the day of our wedding, they exceeded our expectations and helped us curate the most beautiful and memorable day.
Our dedicated consultant was responsive and genuinely invested in making sure every detail was perfect. They were so helpful throughout the process and helped ease so much of our stress. Some might be concerned that 2 weddings take place on the same day but the team does an amazing job of spacing things out - you will truly feel like the only wedding happening that day is yours.
On our wedding day, our concierge, Tyson, was absolutely outstanding. He anticipated our needs and made the entire experience feel effortless and magical. We truly felt taken care of from start to finish.
Elora Mill is a beautiful venue overall, 10/10. The level of service (you and your guests will feel like you're at a five star luxury restaurant, seriously), the stunning atmosphere, and the exceptional food and drinks left our guests raving.
If you’re looking for a stunning venue that will deliver on all fronts, definitely consider Elora Mill!

A perfect place and a perfect day!
Our wedding at Elora Mill was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We got married on a Thursday (October 2, 2025), and the entire experience — from planning to the big day — exceeded every expectation.
We first worked with Bobbie and later Amie during the planning process, and they were both incredible — detail-oriented, fun, attentive, flexible, and so accommodating. They made planning stress-free and were always quick to respond, organized, and genuinely excited for us.
Our day-of concierge, Brooke, was an absolute dream. She went above and beyond all day — truly made me feel like a queen! I didn’t lift a finger. She was always ten steps ahead: when I needed scissors to cut a ribbon, she already had them ready. When my now-husband needed a Tums, the ceremony leaders had exactly what he needed. Every tiny detail was handled with care and calm professionalism.
The venue itself was stunning — every corner is breathtaking. The team did a flawless job bringing our vision to life, and the food was phenomenal. Even though the day flew by, the team made sure we actually got to eat and enjoy it all! We had a delicious charcuterie spread in the bridal suite, and after photos, they gave us a quiet moment to enjoy the cocktail hour food before joining our guests.
They constantly made sure our drinks were full, our gifts were safely stored, and that we were fully taken care of from morning to night.
The bartenders were amazing, the servers were so attentive, and every staff member went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless.
A huge thank you to the incredible team who made our day what it was: Sam (Special Events Consultant), Amie (Senior Special Events Consultant), Me (Senior Manager), Brooke (Concierge), Mesa (Ceremony Specialist), Trish, and Mads (Madison).
To top it all off, we returned to our room at the end of the night to find personalized handwritten cards waiting for us — such a thoughtful and heartwarming touch.
There’s truly not one bad thing to say about Elora Mill or the amazing people who work there. They made our dream wedding come to life and treated us like family every step of the way. Highly, highly recommend Elora Mill — you will be in the best hands!

Me and my now husband came to Elora as our previous location fell through two weeks before our wedding. They found a way to make it work and seem like we had spend months planning not just weeks. Their attention to detail, levels of experience, and everyone’s genuine passion for what they do is unmatched. We had Bobbie as our sales consultant and she made sure we got everything hammered out with no question left unanswered. She was fun and bubbly and took all the stress away and left only joy and anticipation in its place. For the day of we had Sam as our ceremony specialist and she did not disappoint, she is like clockwork making sure everything was timed exactly how we wanted, greeting our guests and making everyone feel welcomed. My concierge was Catarina and she was prepared for any little thing we did, she made sure every need I might need was met. She always had the brightest smile and made sure I was perfect before walking down the aisle, but she didn’t just stop there her help continued until the end of the night even helping our photographer line up my family for photos. Finally we had Tyson for our day of, he went out of his way to make sure everything was exactly how we envisioned it he took care of us as well as our guests, he took extra steps to make sure not only us but that the venue shined even more then they normally do. We can not thank the team enough they made our day perfect 💕 -

My wife and I got married at the Elora Mill this past august 24. What an incredible day. We had a fairly short engagement, only six months, and I really believe that our wedding day wouldn't have come together and wonderfully as it did if it wasn't for the staff at the Elora mill. Our wedding coordinator was Bobbi Kennedy, she was patient, thoughtful, attentive, and promptly answered all of our questions, regardless of how silly they probably were. She was an incredible help. We used the preferred vendors list they had at the mill, we used their suggested photographer, and florist, and they were both incredible. From when we got to the mill the day before our wedding for the rehearsal, they were with us every step of the way, anything we needed they got. When asked if there was anything else we needed before the ceremony my wife jokingly said "an iced cap would be wonderful", well low and behold, as soon as we ended the ceremony there was an iced cap waiting for her. My dad forgot his pocket square, and the staff at the mill went out and got him one in about fifteen minutes. I truly cannot express my gratitude enough to the staff at the mill for making our wedding day so memorable. The food was top notch, the rooms were beautiful, I really couldn't find something to complain about even if I tried. 10/10!Elora Mill Hotel & Spa's reply:

Choosing Elora Mill as our wedding venue was easily one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process.
From our first tour, we were blown away by the level of hospitality and kindness from the staff at the Mill. That same feeling translated through our entire wedding planning process and wedding day.
Our consultant Bobbie- was amazing to deal with. She was easy to get a hold of and helped guide me through the entire wedding planning journey. She really made the experience seamless.
Our day of coordinators Madison and Eva were always two steps ahead of what we needed. Before we had even asked, what we needed was done. Madison helped calm my nerves the entire day and bent over backwards to make sure we had the best night possible. I cannot thank them enough.
The Mill is stunning and the food is incredible.
