She works with your requests and gives helpful advice to coordinate how to display flowers throughout the wedding—her team works so seamlessly throughout the day, leaving us with nothing to worry about on the big day. I had been following Balconi Florals for a while on Instagram and knew that we had to have them do our florals for the wedding! However, during the process of finalizing our florals, the covid restrictions went from 50 people to 10 people. This changed our entire game plan and we cut down our flowers to just a bouquet and boutanniere. Stephanie was so understanding of the situation and told us that they're happy to just do those two items for us. However, 2 weeks before our wedding date, the restrictions lifted and our 50 person wedding was back on the table. We contacted Balconi Florals immediately to ask if we could go add more flowers on short notice and Stephanie just said "no problem, leave it to me".

Our wedding flowers were SO beautiful. So many guests commented on how beautiful they looked and smelled. Stephanie was also very generous with the flowers and she captured our theme perfectly! She was incredibly accommodating with our ever changing plans and she made the experience of booking vendors during covid stress free. We could not recommend Stephanie enough and she will go above and beyond to make your special day beautiful!

I was never a flower person until I met Stephanie from Balconi! From our very first consultation, to meetings and the wedding day, everything was flawless. When miscommunication happened, it would get cleared up right away and it did not become any issue. Our wedding flowers were so pretty and after taking the centerpieces home, it bloomed beautifully and it is still growing strong even the week after. Stephanie's arragenments are customed for each couple and every wedding she does, I can see how different and unique it is. If you want fresh and beautiful flowers, you won't go wrong with Balconi!

Stephanie and I hit it off right away. She is caring, easygoing, personable, honest and dependable. She worked with me to create and better my vision. Set up happened without a hitch and I did not worry about anything.

Stephanie at Balconi was absolutely amazing. I truly lucked out in finding her. Her style was the perfect compliment to mine and my vision for our wedding. Balconi put together several large arrangements for the decor at our ceremony, all of our reception centrepieces, the bouquets & bouts for the wedding party as well as several corsages & bouts for the VIPs. I wanted my style and taste to be reflected in the flowers and the overall feel of our wedding and Stephanie hit the nail on the head. She knew exactly the look I was going for; contemporary, chic, sophisticated, romantic & unique. I'll be honest, I'm extremely picky when it comes to almost anything and notice the finest details. I truly appreciate fine quality products and get frustrated when people aren't able to meet my expectations or standards. Needless to say, I can be difficult to please. Stephanies work, however is nothing short of sheer quality. She pays attention to every detail and wants to always deliver her best work. Since we were from out of town, she was great at putting together several mock ups and sending photos of them via email to see if I liked them. If she thinks an idea might not pan out, she will caution you against it and suggest some better alternatives to avoid any kind of disappointment. She is not your typical florist. She is wonderfully creative and has a beautiful sense of style; whether it be classic or contemporary. Stephanie was extremely flexible and accommodated our schedule as best as possible. She went out of her way to make time for several, often lengthy, consultations. Balconi was very professional; they were great at returning phone calls and emails, and also very reliable in terms of doing a beautiful job on the set up. She not only helped turn my vision for our wedding into a reality, but she also made it a pleasant experience. I hold her and her work in the highest regard and would recommend her and Balconi to any bride that would be lucky enough to have her.

Stephanie, at Balconi Floral Design, did an AMAZING job with all the flower arrangements for my wedding. I met with her on a couple of occasions to give her my ideas for the look and feel I was going for, and the final product was exactly what I had hoped for and more.
