I was super impressed with my bridal consultant! Her name was Jinei and was amazing and totally got my vision and style spot on while also sticking to my budget. I liked every dress that she picked out for me but I totally fell in love with the last one and "I said yes to the dress". Thank you so much Jinei you were amazing!!

Purchased my wedding dress and had it also altered at Sophie’s. Coming from another store prior that was not so great, Sophie’s was a much better experience and atmosphere. I went on a Friday night for my first appointment and had some top contenders. There was a dress in stock at their Windsor store that wanted to try on so they shipped in for my follow up appointment for $100. That shipping cost went towards a dress if I did purchase from there. The sample dress from Windsor arrived very quickly and I decided to purchase. Big shoutout to Amanda who was awesome and patient in helping me find my dream dress! A few months later the dress I ordered arrived. A small flaw was noticed (through shipping) that the one fragile beaded strap had come undone and lost it's beading. Sophie's handled it right away and resolved the issue for my next fitting appointment. The alteration consultation went perfectly with her providing good advice as well as understanding my desires for the dress perfectly. Upon pickup a few days before the wedding, my dress was steamed and packed up for me to wear without any issues. Would highly recommend Sophie's to future brides.

I purchased my gown from the Sophie's Gown Shoppe in Windsor, Ontario. Huge thanks to their team for the amazing support! The dress was absolutely perfect, exactly what I was looking for. It required a few rounds of alterations to fit my body type, and their staff was very responsive, helpful and professional in ensuring everything was ready with time to spare. I can't recommend Sophie's highly enough - thank you for your help!!

I was able to find a dress at Sophie's that was discontinued and therefore discounted. The dress was a perfect fit and I instantly fell in love. I had the opportunity to come back and try is on for however long I needed and the staff were extremely helpful through the entire process. I would definitely recommend Sophie's!

The ladies at Sophie's were incredible! I went in with my bridesmaids and my Mom and Mother-in-law and we treated so well! My dress was perfect and they were so easy to work with! Really enjoyed working with the lady to find my dress. She was super informative. The post purchase experience wasn't as enjoyable since there was a bit of confusion BUT my dress arrived in good condition and with plenty of time to do alterations, which i did elsewhere just for convenience.

Sophies Gown Shoppe is by far the best dress shop! I had been to several other stores and my experiences didn't even come close to Sophies. Amanda was an amazing consultant, listening to exactly what I wanted and picking dresses she thought I would love. (She knew how to make the dresses fit perfectly which didnt happen at the other stores.) She was also willing to show me what the dresses would look like if I were to make alterations like changing the straps. Overall I had 3 appointments narrowing down the dress choices and Amanda was very helpful helping me make a decision and answering all my questions. She didnt pressure me or seem pushy at all which I really appreciated. Thank you for helping me find my dream dress!

Another great experience today at Sophie's gowned wedding dress facility Iris is amazing. She knows what she's talking about. She's very prompt. She's honest and I could not have gotten through my experience for my son's wedding without her. It's my son's wedding in July 2024. Sophie's is amazing. Best service and experience. I went to 8 different stores and finally found my dream dress here. I went in said what I was looking for and they pulled it off the rack right away. I was there no more than 10 minutes. They work fast and are extremely professional. They even let you have a break down when the stress becomes to much.
