I could not imagine a better wedding dress experience. Vanessa went above and beyond at every step of the process. I had a rough idea in my head for a custom floral dress and she help co-create the vision and brought it to life in the most beautiful way. The process was not only smooth and easy, but FUN and completely stress-free! It's clear Vanessa is passionate about her work and genuinely cares about her clients. She's a true artist with an incredible eye and attention to detail, she's a fantastic listener and always made me feel at ease even when I went back and forth on different decisions, and suggested ideas that made the dress so much better (like removable off-the-shoulder straps!). The dress itself was so beautiful and turned out even better than I imagined. I would recommend Lea-Ann Belter in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a wedding dress!

I purchased my wedding dress from Lea-Ann Belter Bridal and was so pleased with everything from the moment we first stepped foot in the boutique to getting the finished dress. Vanessa was so friendly and helpful when trying on dresses. She didn't push anything or try to convince me into buying any of the dresses. Her main focus was to make sure I found something that was exactly what I wanted. She was incredibly knowledgeable with fitting dresses and on the silks and laces used. I was pretty certain I wanted to go with the dress I'd found there after my appointment, but she suggested I still go to my final appointment of the day at another bridal boutique, just in case. After the experience at Lea-Ann Belter though, I don't think any other bridal shop could compete! I knew that I'd found my dress and went back a few days later to purchase. The prices may seem a tad higher than other places, but it's important to remember that all alterations are included in the cost of the dress at Lea-Ann Belter (which often cost $700+ to do on a wedding dress!) What was amazing about going to a bridal boutique where the dresses are actually made on site is that I could customise the dress in any way. The dresses end up being made for your body too, which means they are literally the best fit you could find. There wasn't much that I wanted to change to the dress I'd chosen (called "Lyra"), but Vanessa had some helpful thoughts and suggestions based on little comments she'd heard me make and on aspects that I'd liked from other dresses, so we had those made (adding in some boning to the bodice, adding in small buttons to the back, etc.). She was incredibly detail-oriented and I had full confidence that my dress would be absolutely perfect...and it was! To add to all of this, I live abroad, and Vanessa was able to have all of my fittings done (which are usually done in spread-apart stages) in 4 days! She then held the dress for a couple of weeks at the boutique for me until my sister was able to collect it to bring it for the wedding. I couldn't recommend Lea-Ann Belter Bridal highly enough!

Goodness, I cannot describe how perfect the experience was at Lea Ann Belter. We met with Vanessa about a year and a half before my wedding and she had so many dresses to choose from that matched what I wanted. She did not rush me and even said to keep exploring so I get a feel of what I want. She was so genuine and kind and of course I came back since they just had such a great one on one atmosphere and Vanessa is just fantastic. She knows exactly when your face lights up and she actually combined two dresses that I loved into my perfect dream dress. She was accommodating of my busy schedule in a different city and stayed open late for dress fittings for me. I not only got the most magical dress that was such great quality and everything made in Toronto - I actually became friends with Vanessa and enjoyed every moment at the shop. She is honestly so amazing and I am so glad I did not go anywhere else. :) THANKS VANESSA.

I wore a dress by this brand and it was sensational. It even had pockets!! It was light and flown and had a small train which was not too intense. Beautiful work and I highly recommend!

Where do I start? First off, her work is absolutely stunning - quality fabrics, beautiful designs, everything! All of her designs are beautiful and there is one for every bride.
Vanessa was my bridal consultant and she is wonderful! We got along so well and Vanessa really knows her stuff. Her suggestions and comments were so helpful when trying to make decisions. The atmosphere of the place is so warm and inviting. They really do everything to make your vision come to life. My dress ended up being a combination of a couple of dresses and the end result was so beautiful - I can't thank them enough!
Lea Ann is truly an artist, her dresses are high quality (and it can be customized!) and her team is truly the best there is. No regrets or problems will be had here!

Even though I ultimately chose a wedding dress from another boutique, I wanted to leave a review of my amazing experience at Lea-Ann Belter, and especially with their Bridal Specialist, Vanessa. First of all, the custom gowns at Lea-Ann Belter are absolutely beautiful, and I fell completely in love with one ball gown that I came back to try on a number of times. Each time I returned, Vanessa made sure I was the only customer in the boutique and so I had her complete focus. She was warm, genuine and very active in her feedback, offering objective insights about different gowns that really helped me narrow down my search. In the end, after I chose a gown from another boutique, Vanessa was still quickly responsive to my emails, asking for her advice on a couple of things (alterations for e.g.). I also chose to customize my gown with some signature straps from the Lea-Ann Belter boutique, and my timeline was tight - Vanessa was again immediately responsive and completely helpful. When I showed her a photo of my gown, she was very complimentary, and even offered suggestions on how I might customize it further to bring it closer to what she understood I liked (from our previous appointments). Vanessa is a top-notch bridal specialist, she knows her craft extremely well, and I always felt like I had her full attention, care and respect in our interactions. I give both Vanessa and the Lea-Ann Belter boutique my highest recommendation.

Her selection of gowns is by far the best in Toronto and are classic, beautifully designed and stunningly hand-crafted. I cannot give Lea Ann enough praise for her outstanding work. The craftsmanship is the finest I have seen in gowns in Toronto and the fabric simply gorgeous. My gown felt light as a feather and I was able to dance the night away. I truly felt like a princess and had endless compliments on how breathtaking the gown was. The staff at the store were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.
