From the very first moment, Sophie’s Gown Shop made my bridal experience truly unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to Marlene, who so intuitively understood my vision and helped me find the dress. Her expertise, patience, and genuine care made the moment I said “yes” feel incredibly special and emotional.
I am also so deeply grateful to Voula, who made the entire experience seamless and joyful. She ensured every fitting was perfect, paying attention to even the smallest details so the dress felt made just for me. Voula went above and beyond not only for me, but for all of my sisters as well. She helped each of them find their dream dress, making everyone feel confident, beautiful, and truly seen.
The warmth, professionalism, and love that Marlene and Voula bring to their work is something truly rare. Sophie’s Gown Shop is more than just a boutique it’s a place where memories are made. I couldn’t recommend it more highly to any bride looking for an exceptional and meaningful experience.

I was super impressed with my bridal consultant! Her name was Jinei and was amazing and totally got my vision and style spot on while also sticking to my budget. I liked every dress that she picked out for me but I totally fell in love with the last one and "I said yes to the dress". Thank you so much Jinei you were amazing!! -

Purchased my wedding dress and had it also altered at Sophie’s. Coming from another store prior that was not so great, Sophie’s was a much better experience and atmosphere. I went on a Friday night for my first appointment and had some top contenders. There was a dress in stock at their Windsor store that wanted to try on so they shipped in for my follow up appointment for $100. That shipping cost went towards a dress if I did purchase from there. The sample dress from Windsor arrived very quickly and I decided to purchase. Big shoutout to Amanda who was awesome and patient in helping me find my dream dress! A few months later the dress I ordered arrived. A small flaw was noticed (through shipping) that the one fragile beaded strap had come undone and lost it's beading. Sophie's handled it right away and resolved the issue for my next fitting appointment. The alteration consultation went perfectly with her providing good advice as well as understanding my desires for the dress perfectly. Upon pickup a few days before the wedding, my dress was steamed and packed up for me to wear without any issues. Would highly recommend Sophie's to future brides. -

Voula, was very knowledgeable and so sweet. She picked out the nicest dresses for me to try on . I loved how she was honest in telling me how the dress looked on me and gave me suggestions on the styles that would best suit my figure.

I purchased my gown from the Sophie's Gown Shoppe in Windsor, Ontario. Huge thanks to their team for the amazing support! The dress was absolutely perfect, exactly what I was looking for. It required a few rounds of alterations to fit my body type, and their staff was very responsive, helpful and professional in ensuring everything was ready with time to spare. I can't recommend Sophie's highly enough - thank you for your help!! -
