Bought my mother of the bride dress at Diva. I found they had a wide selection compared to some other places I visited. Prices were around $700 plus so not inexpensive but not too pricey. Service from the appointment process through to alterations was amazing. Dress came in when promised and alterations were done on a timely basis. Great overall experience.

When searching for my perfect wedding dress, I had emailed many Bridal Shops around Toronto looking for a specific Essense of Australia Dress that I saw online. Diva was the only one who had it! I feel as though it was fate because my experience with Diva Bridal was a dream! Their private area to try on wedding dresses makes all the difference in the world when making just an important decision. Other bridal salons were loud, crowded and felt like they were just trying to make money off of you. Jasmine at Diva Bridal made me feel special and to have a quiet and private space where I felt like I had room the breathe and think was outstanding. Every step of the way Jasmine kept me informed and up to date. She accommodated any request I had and I truly credit her with helping make my dreams come true! She was always so happy and up beat every time I spoke with her and she made the entire process a breeze. I was also happy I could support a local business in my area. Diva Bridal Boutique was very accommodating and helpful when it came to picking my dress (as it can be a very difficult decision). I feel in love with 2 dresses one was from a different store and they didn't carry it. They ordered the sample dress in for me to try on both back to back. I was able to come back to the store within 2 weeks to try both on. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't realize was that you need to make an appointment to try on your dress when you come to pick it up as I was from out of town and taking it somewhere closer to home to get altered.

My fiance passed away unexpectedly in Feb 2018. I purchased my dress in December 2017. My family reached out to Diva advising them of the tragedy one week after my fiance passed away. Immediately, Diva Bridal regrettably informed me that my $1500 deposit would not be returned and that they could not cancel the dress. My wedding was October 20 2018. I am a fair person and I understand process and procedure, however not only was I grieving and mourning the loss of my HUSBAND, I was extremely dissapointed and taken back by Diva'
s lack of humanity and lack of understanding towards my loss. There is a lot more I can say, but I want to keep it concise. Its very disheartening to be amongst people who lack regard and empathy for others in unfortunate circumstances. And to top it off, Diva suggested that I purchase the dress and sell it... How disgusting!!! Nonetheless, I am going to focus healing from my loss and moving forward to a place of peace. However, I would not recommend this bridal shop because they lack a holistic approach to working with human beings. and as a person who believes in love, this is unacceptable.

I must say that I was beyond upset and crying the night before my wedding as I had to steam and iron my ballgown with my mother. This was not from transportation, the dress was NOT touched and as wrinkled as I never imagined possible. It was 1230 am and I was devastated while trying to make my wedding gown look presentable for my wedding day. After speaking to the owner from Diva she was very unpleasant and did not seem concerned about anything or even apologetic. She got her money which let me tell you was far from cheap and brushed her hands and to the next bride she went. If I had to do it again and if I could tell all. Future brides about this horrible experience so they would themselves not have to deal with what I did... I would say STAY AWAY!

I chose Diva because it was the only store in Toronto I could find with a specific dress I was looking for. Unfortunately the experience that I had would prevent me from ever buying my dress from them. Not only do they not allow you to take photos which is very old school and they does not take into account how women these days make their decisions but they were very pushy. The sample sizes were very small and they did nothing to cover up my backside and let me come out feeling very exposed. They did not let me let me tell my family how I felt and instead told spoke for me and did not let me answer any questions myself. Very unprofessional. I did find 2 dresses I loved but already called all over the city to find another salon that carries the dresses so I don't have to buy from Diva.

Bought my wedding dress here along with accessories. Couldn’t say enough nice things about Diva Boutique. Highly recommend them to any bride as they are excellent at knowing what style will look good on you. They have a phenomenal selection of different styles and Jazmine and her staff are wonderful! First class bridal store!

HORRIBLE PLACE!! They dont care about you, wouldnt give us our money back or a voucher for the deposit we left. ABSOLUTELY the worst place ever, dont waste your time!! These ladies dont care about you or your wedding they only care about the money theyre making! If life takes a turn on you and you need your money back dont expect these people to care!!! we asked for a voucher, even half the money to spend within the store and still nope!!! HORRIBLE PEOPLE

Two of my friends got their wedding dress here so I went just to check it out. When I arrived, they were so polite and smiling so much. They made me enjoy the process. I bought the first dress I tried on as the women who dressed me knew exactly what I wanted from my explanation. To say they were accommodating and flexible is an understatement. They have literally every type of dress you can dream of. You will not be disappointed. My dress is worth so much more than I could afford and we worked it out. I highly recommend you go here. Forget Kleinfeld...you will get what you need here and you won't be disappointed.
