I was worried that dress shopping during the pandemic wouldn't be the experience that I had envisioned however the staff at Sash & Bustle treated me like royalty and I had an AMAZING experience at their shop! The shop is well organized, adorably decorated and makes you feel like you are right at home - all precautions have been taken to ensure social distancing and safety. I was able to try many styles and dresses while staying within my budget. Veronica was attentive, listening to everything that I said and she made a point to ask how I felt in each dress. She knew exactly what I needed and was patient with me while I made my decision. They have a great assortment of Wtoo and Willowby dresses, which are hard to come by in Ontario. Although they do not do alterations in house, they were able to give lots of recommendations of seamstresses that their customers have used in the past. I am so happy that I said YES at Sash & Bustle - I can't recommend them enough!

Purchased my wedding dress here and the experience was amazing. This is definitely the most beautiful bridal boutique in town and their selection of gowns is great!! From all the shops I went to, I had the best experience at Sash & Bustle!! Everything is well priced and diversified. Their staff are also really caring and super knowledgeable! They don't do alterations in house but they do have a list of recommended seamstresses (which I used - Champagne & Cupcakes did an amazing job). I have and will continue to recommend their shop to anyone looking for a wedding dress!!

Sash and Bustle was the only store I went to for my wedding dress shopping. They were so warm and welcoming, so accommodating and so helpful! They made the whole process such a breeze that I was able to find my dress during my one appointment! I did the luxe experience and it was just such a lovely setup. The bubbly and snacks made it a comfortable and enjoyable setting and experience and the private room made me feel so special. Shout out to Stevie for helping me find my dream dress and for being such a wonderful stylist! Thank you to the whole team for the wonderful experience me, my family, and friends were able to have thanks to you!

I had a great experience at Sash + Bustle back in January when I was dress shopping. Even though I didn't end up buying my dress there, the process was smooth, efficient, and fun. They have a great variety of options and Stevie made us feel at ease, listening to our feedback and getting us additional options that matched the style I was looking for. The place is very cool and I would definitely recommend you stop by if you are looking for a wedding dress!

The store is nice and the employees are kind but do not know what they are doing so I would not recommend this store.
I had purchased a dress there and when it arrived it was 2-3 sizes too big to the point where I had a hard time finding a seamstress that would take me on as a client. I paid for alterations, almost what I paid for the dress itself because of the size discrepancy and the fact that the dress was 3 layers. The dress when I initially picked it up was sliding off my body.

I reached out to Sash and Bustle and was told that because I was measured by two employees my measurements were correct and there is nothing that they could do (I asked if I could return this dress and have my correct size rush ordered). My weight has been the same for years and all of my other clothes fit the same now as the time the dress was purchased. Upon checking the measurements they had obtained I realized my hips were measured as 4–5 inches bigger than they actually are. I did not think to verify their measurements since I assume “experts” know what they are doing. It’s disappointing because my budget for the dress had to be essentially doubled because of what I paid for alterations because of their mistake. I have heard other stores work with the brides in instances similar to this one or at least reorder the correct size but the manager I spoke to has zero empathy. Do NOT purchase from this store they care zero about their brides.

This was the first of two bridal shops I visited and the one I bought my dress at. The employees were professional and the experience felt carefully crafted. I actually came back twice more within the same week (I had to make a decision quickly) and they were able to slot me in! I even came back later to try on shoes.
I never had a "cry because this is my dress" moment, but I am very happy with my purchase. We tried a new dress during my last visit and with a clever suggestion from the staff we added a beautiful skirt, which gave me both vibes I wanted.
I had no issues with pickup of the dress and everything came in on time. We handled the alterations ourselves, but S&B offered a set of suggested vendors.

I had such a lovely experience here! They made me feel so confident in everything I tried on and I found my wedding dress quick. They didn’t mess around with budget, quickly establishing what I was willing to spend before showing dresses. Overall, fantastic experience.

Lots of better places to shop in the GTA!
