Pump It Entertainment is based in Oshawa, Ontario, and is headed by Ryan, a DJ with more than 18 years of experience in the industry. Various music genres are provided, including country, electronic, hip-hop, jazz, oldies, pop, and many more.

Services offered

Pump It Entertainment has liability insurance. There are two wedding entertainment packages available: Deluxe and Ultimate. Services in these two packages include: -

  • Eight-hour cocktail dinner and dance entertainment
  • DJ duties (introduction, cake cutting, bouquet and garter, speeches, etc.)
  • Professional entertainer/MC/DJ service
  • Free setup prior to guest arrival
  • Two free consultations with your DJ
  • Professional sound system with backup
  • 115,000-song library to choose from
  • Lighting effect
  • Uplighting

Other services

Pump It Entertainment also offers live entertainment for various events beyond weddings, including jack and jills, proms, corporate retreats, and more. For these events, there is a party package available that includes the following: -

  • Professional entertainer/MC/DJ service

Great DJ/MC services !

Ryan was fantastic to work with. He is knowledgeable about his work, professional and reliable. Ryan helped guide us to get every detail we envisioned of how our music would be for our wedding day. He also provided MC service for the night , and did an amazing job. Thank you for all you did for our wedding !

Ryan Rocks !! Just like any successful musician , Ryan knows how to keep his audience’s attention on the dance floor. My husband and I were honoured to have DJ Ryan company name Pump it , at our wedding. On our first meeting with him we knew he was very professional, helpful, patient and just a nice man. Majority of our guests at our wedding were not big dancing type. Well guess what ??? Ryan really flipped that coin around and pumped up the jam having everyone on the dance floor the whole night. My husband and I were amazed that our guests had so much fun dancing like 70 teenagers out for the first time . Ryan made our wedding unforgettable and a night to remember. His involvement with our guests was superb and exceptional. Ryan comes with style and class . His hard work and years of experience and his friendly personality is why my husband and I highly recommend 150 % of Ryan’s service.

Above and beyond!

Ryan at Pump it Entertainment was just amazing! I knew of Ryan’s services from previous weddings I attended so I knew right away he was the pick for ours! He went above and beyond to make sure our guests had the best time! From his playlists to his games to his props he was just on point with entertaining our guests! Ryan made us so comfortable when we had our meetings to go over music choices and itinerary. He kept the dance floor full and played all the requests that were given . I would and have recommended Pump it Entertainment to everyone I speak to looking for Dj services! Thank you again Ryan for your outstanding professionalism and services! 10 out of 10!!

Amazing experience

We chose Pump it Entertainment (DJ Ryan Powell) as our wedding DJ. Ryan gave us the best experience and made our wedding day beyond amazing. From his music during ceremony to our reception, to the amazing light work, and the dry ice. He made our day so beautiful and even more memorable. He answered all of our questions right away and made our journey so much less stressful. We would definitely recommend Pump It Entertainment (Ryan) to everyone!!

Great music and amazing MC

We hired Ryan to do our complete wedding from ceremony, MC and dancing. His personality fit so well with the guests , great music. Always had everyone dancing.

Omg best dj around

We booked this company after we have heard his skills at a few friends weddings and he did not disappoint! Literally played everything we wanted, was easy going, you could text requests and was able to get the crowd going :) would 100% recommend

Awesome DJ!

Ryan was an awesome DJ & MC for our wedding! His set-up at the reception was great and music selection was awesome. Our guests could not stop dancing! He is also very easy to work with and flexible with requests. Highly recommended!

Ryan was a blast, from his professionalism, music variety, mc skills, attire , pricing , lighting etc I could go on and on about how perfect everything he did for our wedding day was ! I would recommend him to anyone looking for dj services , you will not be disappointed!!
