We initially had issues sending/receiving emails with one another, but Matthew was very responsive over other channels of communications (IG). Every chat/touch point with Matthew gave me assurance and peace of mind that we were in good hands for our wedding day. Our chain of events didn't follow our itinerary 100%, but no one would have known because of how seamless Charles and Matthew were able to pivot and make things flow. First off the client portal is quite detailed and can be overwhelming but Matthew walked us through and we were able to provide song lists etc from our own libraries which was awesome.
The Photo Booth was so great ! Our guests went vacuum over it, it was going all night!

As a type A bride with a lot of ideas and high expectations, I was so so happy with their services. They were so professional, and thorough to understand our vision, what we wanted, what our guests wanted and they really fed off of the room. The dance floor was PACKED and it was so much fun. They also made sure to check in with me throughout the night and were so attentive to our needs on the day of.
