I loved working with Carmelle during my wedding! I hired her for the décor rental and set-up, florals, as well as the day-of-coordination and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made! She stood out amongst all décor vendors that I contacted with her exceptional customer service. She wasn’t just there for the business but she was sincere and really wanted to help her clients get their dream wedding at the best price. She incorporated our vision and gave her own suggestions on what works best. She responded very quickly in every single inquiry I had and also initiated the follow-ups. Even as an out-of-town bride, she made the planning very easy.
Carmelle and her team were amazing during the wedding day. There was an unexpected event that almost led to the cancellation of my wedding but she was very understanding and flexible and still did everything she can to set-up the venue even with very minimal time, both for the ceremony set-up and the venue flip from ceremony to reception. As my day-of-coordinator, she worked very closely with my vendors to ensure that the whole program flows well and it ended up being close to perfect! Highly recommended!

Hiring Carmelle was the best decision I made for my wedding. She went above and beyond what we had hoped for. On our initial consultation, she made great recommendations for decor based on our wedding colour scheme. She was always quick to respond to emails and easy to reach. She worked hard to accommodate our requests while stay within our budget. On the day of the wedding, Carmelle added small details all around the venue that made the entire set up look 200% better than that I have envisioned! Carmelle was an absolute pleasure to work with! Carmelle at Absolute Events & Rentals was wonderful! They delivered, set up and took down on time. The linens, chair covers and chargers were absolutely beautiful and really good quality. Unfortunately the backdrop was crooked at the top but it was beautiful nonetheless.

Everything was great. Very helpful staff. We rented linens and they were all folded and clean and ready to use. Their set up fee was out of our budget so we set the venue up ourselves.

Carmelle exceeded any expectations I could dream ever of. Carmelle and I met almost 10 months before our wedding day and again a week before. She remembered my comments feelings and suggestions from our initial meeting and emails, and the style I was going for. However, a week before the wedding, your head is spinning and you cannot really wrap your head around what's going on. On the wedding day, Carmelle was extremely professional, well informed, and on top of everything. She pulled together the entire venue flawlessly and was there greeting me with a smile. She took me into the reception room later, and I was baffled at how beautifully it had coem together. All day and night, she was relaxed and handling everything smoothly. She would approach me from time to time throughout the night to make sure I had eaten, was having a good time, or to update me on the schedule for the night. She made the day run so smoothly and beautifully. She was a pleasure to work with and her work is beautiful.

Carmelle was AWESOME!! For a bride that at first didn't know where I was going as far as theme and what not Carmelle was super helpful providing mock up examples and ideas for me to better be able to visualize. Much of my interaction with Carmelle was long distance since our wedding was in Victoria and I didn't find the distance at all challenging. All the products we rented were great and as expected and service was excellent! No complaints at all and it came at a great price!
