Chef Jas has had a passion for cooking since she was little . She successfully completed the culinary program at NAIT, completed her hours and is a red seal chef.
She is wildly talented and creative.
Chef Jas event went to Austria and cooked for the Prime Minster!
Chef Paul grew up in the industry as his parents owned a restaurant and so naturally gained interest in cooking at a young age.
He completed the culinary program at Nait. His first cooking job was at the fantasyland hotel as a second cook eventually worked his way into becoming sous chef at Jubilations dinner theater then sous chef at mercer tavern.
