We had such an amazing experience with Judy and her team at Edge! They worked with us to try and stay within our budget and we very quick to respond to all our emails. They offered a delicious tasting that gave us leftovers for days! The food and service at the wedding was top notch! We had SO many compliments on the food - especially the salmon as well as the super friendly staff. Thank you Edge for helping make our wedding so memorable!

After several tastings with multiple caterers, Gemma and Chef Jasmin won us over by preparing a highly customized, beautifully plated 4-course dinner that really took into consideration our favourite ingredients and flavours. Gemma was super detailed oriented, making lots of notes during our tasting and taking our ideas and running with them. They created custom his&her cocktails decorated with our favourite symbols and developed a his&her dessert duo when my husband and I couldn't agree on one. The Edge team was super accommodating to menu adjustments & was able to perfectly handle our guest list increase from 50 to 100 a few weeks before the wedding. At the wedding, their teams were so kind and ON TOP OF THEIR GAME - a glass was never empty! I heard many accolades from our guests about the impeccable service as well as the amazing bartending! To date, Chef Jasmin's Tandoori Fried Chicken with Szechuan Gnocchi creation is one of me (Chinese) and my husband's (Indian) favourite things we've eaten. We might just have to call up Edge and ask for a recreation of our wedding meal one day!

Edge is full of amazing staff and delicious food.
Gemma was patient and knowledgable when helping me pick a menu, and was extremely flexible with the COVID restrictions as things changed constantly.
We even had the owner show up to our event! A true honour.

I cannot recommend Edge enough. We are massive foodies and when we were looking for a caterer we ended up trying out 8 different places. Edge beat them all by far. The sablefish and beef duo was what we chose and it was heavenly. Every single guest commented on how amazing our food was and we now use Edge at every event we possibly can. Stunning plating and great portions. Highly Recommend!!

ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! Judy captured our vision for our wedding perfectly. The day was left in her talented and capable hands - she took care of EVERY detail with such attention and care, it was breathtaking. From helping us decide on a menu that was perfectly reflective of us (not to mention SUPERBLY DELICIOUS) to helping me with flowers and a photographer that was willing to come out for just a couple of hours. I will look back on this day forever, as the BEST DAY EVER and so much of it is thanks to Judy and her team. The servers at the event were thoughtful and discreet. Judy arranged for my decor to be put out so beautifully and did a better job than I could have ever attempted. Honestly, the evening went SO smoothly for us thanks to Judy and her team; worth every single penny. I would recommend Judy to EVERY bride that is looking for perfection, attention and care. My husband and I worked with Judy and the team at Edge Catering for our May 2017 wedding. From our initial meeting with Judy to the end of our reception, our experience with Edge was phenomenal. My husband and I came in with a strict budget that we really wanted to stay within and Judy took so much care in making sure our menu would stay within budget. Judy took so much care in helping us get a mostly vegetarian menu together, that was truly representative of the food my husband and I love. We had an awesome tasting at the Edge cafe, where we could fine tune our menu and address any allergy concerns we had for our guests.

On the day of, the staff and Judy were exceptional in their execution of the day. My wine glass was never empty and boy, was the food delicious! We had so many compliments on our food and certainly have the Edge team to thank for that! Beyond that, we barely had any leftovers. They perfectly anticipated how much food we needed for our wedding of 100 guests. This made us feel great, especially considering our budget concerns.

Our only complaint is that we didn't get to eat as much of the food as we wish we could have! Thank you Judy for being part of our special day!

Judy and the team at Edge Catering saved the day for our "high tea" baby shower at the park. Due to COVID we could not do a conventional shower. Judy came up with the brilliant idea of personalized high tea boxes, individually packaged with colour coordinated ribbons, napkins and silk flowers. Bubbles served with gloves! It was a huge success. I was also so impressed when I found out a guest had a nut allergy, Judy had given me her personal cell, which I called right away and she answered and spoke to my guest to ensure what she could eat and what she should not. I was beyond impressed! I definitely will entrust Judy with my next catering event and am happy to recommend her. Very grateful for such a wonderful experience. My husband and I love Judy and her Edge team! They created a menu to fit with our budget and with food we were looking for, with yummy appetizers for cocktail hour, to a delicious three course meal for our sit down dinner. They even provided drinks to our guests before the ceremony, and yummy flatbreads as a snack for after dinner, all perfect for a summer wedding! Judy calmed this nervous bride and prevented her biggest fear from happening of the guests not enjoying the food, but not one complaint came from a single guest, only praise and comments of how delicious and amazing the food was! Even the set up was absolutely beautiful! Judy and her team contributed to making my dream wedding come true, and I wouldn't change a single thing. I would recommend Edge for any couple who's on a budget, but looking for amazing food and great service. Thank you Judy and the entire Edge team again for making our wedding day perfect.
