We received unsolicited feedback from almost every guest at our wedding saying how amazing the food was. Typically wedding food is never great, but the fact that so many of our guests came up to us to tell us how great the food was speaks wonders. We didn't have to ask anyone how their meals were, as we were told before we could even ask. This alone should tell you to book your catering events with Edge! On top of that, the service the staff provided was the best I have ever seen. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly customer service focused.
We were so lucky that Edge Catering was available for our wedding weekend. We were working with Amanda and she was able to quickly respond to all of our questions, make changes based on our requests, and provided us with many options to choose from. We had a lot of dietary restrictions which Amanda and team handled without any issues.
Edge also catered our rehersal dinner buffet, where they dropped off the food and catering items and picked them up later. The food was great, setup was smooth and efficient, and the team was amazing.
THANK YOU Amanda and the Edge Catering team! There is no one else we will work with in the future and we 100% recommend for anyone to work with you. -

I cannot recommend Edge enough. We are massive foodies and when we were looking for a caterer we ended up trying out 8 different places. Edge beat them all by far. The sablefish and beef duo was what we chose and it was heavenly. Every single guest commented on how amazing our food was and we now use Edge at every event we possibly can. Stunning plating and great portions. Highly Recommend!! -

We had such an amazing experience with Judy and her team at Edge! They worked with us to try and stay within our budget and we very quick to respond to all our emails. They offered a delicious tasting that gave us leftovers for days! The food and service at the wedding was top notch! We had SO many compliments on the food - especially the salmon as well as the super friendly staff. Thank you Edge for helping make our wedding so memorable! -

After several tastings with multiple caterers, Gemma and Chef Jasmin won us over by preparing a highly customized, beautifully plated 4-course dinner that really took into consideration our favourite ingredients and flavours. Gemma was super detailed oriented, making lots of notes during our tasting and taking our ideas and running with them. They created custom his&her cocktails decorated with our favourite symbols and developed a his&her dessert duo when my husband and I couldn't agree on one. The Edge team was super accommodating to menu adjustments & was able to perfectly handle our guest list increase from 50 to 100 a few weeks before the wedding. At the wedding, their teams were so kind and ON TOP OF THEIR GAME - a glass was never empty! I heard many accolades from our guests about the impeccable service as well as the amazing bartending! To date, Chef Jasmin's Tandoori Fried Chicken with Szechuan Gnocchi creation is one of me (Chinese) and my husband's (Indian) favourite things we've eaten. We might just have to call up Edge and ask for a recreation of our wedding meal one day! -

Edge is full of amazing staff and delicious food.
Gemma was patient and knowledgable when helping me pick a menu, and was extremely flexible with the COVID restrictions as things changed constantly.
We even had the owner show up to our event! A true honour.
