Jess and the Casal Catering team were amazing to work with! From day one Jess worked with us to create the menu and services we wanted. As the world changed, and so did our wedding plans - they were extremely accommodating and flexible to our changes. Jess was an absolute delight and extremely organized! We knew we were in good hands so it was no surprise that everything was nothing short of perfect on our special day. The place settings were perfect and most importantly the food was incredible! We're happy we ordered extra because people were rushing for seconds. If you're looking for a caterer I highly recommend Jess and the Casal team! -

Casal was one of the first vendors we booked for our wedding on August 10th, 2019 at Drysdale's Tree Farm. They came highly recommended to me and now I know why!
Jessica was extremely thorough, attentive and responsive. She thought of things that I didn't and ensured that everything went smoothly. Food is such an important part of a wedding and I'm so glad that we entrusted this responsibility to Casal. Their team created a summer barbecue wedding menu of our dreams, followed our floor plan perfectly and arranged the table setting beautifully. But on top of all that, the food itself was delicious and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Would recommend Casal Catering
We had a great experience working with Casal Catering. Our venue was at an off site location that did not have a traditional kitchen set up. Jeffery and the Casal team went above and beyond to meet with our venue for a walk through and even setup the tables the night before. They arrived on time to serve the delicious hors d'oeuvres. Dinner service ran so smoothly and the meal was fantastic. We received great feedback from guests too! The prices are also very reasonable without compromising quality. My only feedback would be in regards to our tasting. Unfortunately we did not get to sample the full menu but rather what was being prepared for the next days event. Would’ve loved to sample all the options to make our menu selections. Overall we are happy with our choice to hire Casal Catering. -

We hired Casal for our wedding this February. They surpassed our expectations. They were sooo flexible with what we wanted and to stay within our desired budget. They really do want you to be pleased! They were very organized and responsive to all of our questions and concerns and our guests had great reviews about the food! I would definitely recommend Casal.
