J’s Sugar Garden is a fully licensed AHS home business in Edmonton. We are an online shop which specializes in creating realistic sugar flowers for any events to help add that special touch on your existing cake.

Our owner, Jelena, continues to expand her skills - constantly learning the newest tricks and techniques in the industry to ensure you are provided with the best quality sugar flowers!

What makes our sugar flowers unique?

Our flowers are all fully handmade with edible vegan gum paste which is durable yet malleable!

To create their realistic effect the flowers are:

• wired - all petals and leaves are placed on their own individual wires to help mimic any state of the flower’s bloom
• taped - the wires that come together to form the base of the flower are taped to imitate the texture and uniform look of a stem
• veined - each petal is given veins to help embody flowers found in nature
• include a calyx - this creates a realistic impression of the flower no matter what angle it is looked at
• hand painted - by hand painting the flowers we are able to precisely get any colour that you reimagine and create diversity among our products

How to care for your flowers!

Gum paste dries super hard and when stored in a dry place and away from a source of humidity and direct sun, these sugar flowers can last for decades.
