The team led by Rosmari Kozlowski has an exceptional reputaion for creating innovative and delicious wedding cakes in any flavour, colour, design or size .
Brazillian native Rosmari knows all about cake design. In Brazil, she was a fashion designer for more than 15 years. Making cakes was her hobby, until she moved to Canada. She decided to use her creativity from fashion designing and applying it to her hobby: baking cakes. She takes classes at NAIT and from cake designers in North America. She also takes classes at major cake conventions. This knowledge hones her skills and allows her to style and design cakes well. Rosmari is a member of the ICES (International Cake Exploration Society).
Cakes, cupcakes, and cookies are made with real butter, vanilla extract, and Bernard Callebault or Lindt for ganache. Cake flavours include chocolate, marble vanilla and chocolate, red velvet, raspberry swirl, goiava, carrot, lemon, coconut, banana, double chocolate, orange, and lemon poppy seed. All fillings are made with Italian Meringue Buttercream, which uses real butter, eggs, and sugar. The following fillings are offered for everything, except vegan/eggless cakes or cupcakes:
