Cake Savvy is a Chilliwack-based company that specializes in creating and perfecting custom cakes and other sweets for weddings and special events anywhere from Hope to Langley. The techniques used to create these edible treats include piping, sugar flowers, chocolate figures, hand painting and even stenciling. The products are always baked from scratch and made with love!

Products offered

Cake Savvy also creates delicious buttercream icing, marshmallow fondant and chocolate ganache to glaze and fill her delicious desserts. A multitude of flavours are available for you to choose from. The products offered can be gluten free or nut free and include:

Beautiful wedding cake

Our wedding cake turned out amazing. We couldn’t be any happier. It was so tasty, all the guests complimented how yummy it was. We were able to do a tasting before which was great so we could figure out the flavours we wanted. Thank you Elise! We would recommend anyone to book their wedding cake with Cake Savvy!

From the beginning Elise was both professional and enthusiastic. When I arrived she had sketched out ideas based on information I had shared in emails. It was perfect! The "icing on the cake" was her sculpting our cake topper. We were going to use a collectible China figurine but she made them and even added a birdcage veil for Miss Bunny! Our cake rocked right down to the smallest detail. She promised a gold cake plate to go with our theme, and there it was! We ordered a separate gluten free cake and she decorated it to match...a nice surprise.

Elise was amazing to work with! We had her make a 3 tiered wedding cake for our wedding of 130 people in September and it looked AMAZING and tasted even better!! Her prices are very reasonable and you don't sacrifice anywhere!! To top it off she offers her bride and groom a complimentary anniversary cake for your one year anniversary! I would totally recommend her to future brides and I would use her again for future cake/cupcake needs.

Cake Savvy is amazing! Elise can help you make all your cake dreams come to life. She made our wedding cake and people still have not stopped commenting on it. There were three tiers, chocolate, mocha, and zucchini. The zucchini cake was the best I've ever had. The design of the bottom layer matched the ruching of my wedding dress and then Elise color matched the middle layer to our bright blue wedding color. It was so perfect! We had 130 guests and it fed all our guests and we still had left overs for the present opening and to share with neighbors.

Amazing Wedding Cake!

Elise made our wedding cake in June 2022 and it was so amazing. 3 tiers with 3 different flavors and it all tasted so good. All your guest were raving about the cake! She made communications very easy and was very helpful. Would 10/10 recommend her her any any event needing a delicious cake.

So delicious and amazing!

When we met with Cake Savvy to taste test flavours for our wedding cake she was so kind and informative! The cakes were delicious and she was happily willing to make us cake pops instead of cupcakes!

Elise is wonderful! She was able to bring to life the cake in my head - simple but very high quality. We got so many compliments on how great our cake looked and how well it fit in with the venue! That's to say nothing about how it tasted (one word, YUM) we chose a chocolate cake with vanilla custard and chocolate ganache, and it was wonderful. Thank you Elise for making our cake so delicious and visually appealing, as well as being so responsive to my emails - you made the cake portion of planning our wedding this September easy as pie! Or cake... ;)

Hello! My name is Elise and I've been creating custom cakes for over 12 years. I started out making birthday cakes for friends and family, then began Cake Savvy in 2017. As the business grew I was able to move into my own bakery in 2020, after designing a kitchen that was just right!

I've taken a few cake decorating courses, but am mainly self-taught, learning by research and experience. I absolutely love creating delicious and beautiful edible art and helping to make my client's event spectacular!
