Bite Me Bakery is a Markham-based boutique studio that specializes in creating enticingly delicious wedding cakes and confectionary treats. Dayna Alyse Richardson is the owner of this cake studio and the one responsible for creating wedding cakes that are true works of art. She will work with your budget to create a dream wedding cake but requires a minimum of 3 weeks notice to hand craft her cakes and desserts for your special event.

Dayna at Bite Me Bakery is the wedding cake queen! Our wedding cake was absolutely beautiful and delicious! We did a 3 tier cake with salted caramel, vanilla bean, and red velvet flavours - I think the Salted Caramel was everyone's favourite! The cake was moist and light and the icing was so delicious! The cake decorations was exactly what we had pictured with black fondant, gold foil placed around the 2 bottom layers. Our top tier was a black and white marble fondant and it was incredible! I can't wait to see photos of it! Dayna was so wonderful to work with ad would definitely recommend her for all the desserts you need!

Our wedding was almost two months ago and we're still eating delicious wedding cake - thanks Dayna!! Service and quality of baking was second to none. Excellent communication and timing for drop off on our wedding day. The cake was beautiful as were the other baked goods for our dessert table which looked spectacular thanks to Bite Me Bakery - definitely recommend!!

Dayna was very friendly and helpful. She was very accommodating to our requests and needs.. even if we had to make changes a few times. Love her work.. especially love the Pumpkin Spice cake she made... everyone loves how pastries are not too sweet.. Just right! will definitely order more.. in the future...
