If you are planning a destination wedding, Fidan is an absolute wealth of knowledge. We just had our wedding in Punta Cana, Dominican and we have only raving reviews from all who attended. From our first call with her right up to post wedding we were constantly kept up to date, checked in on, and over the moon about the support we received. Planning a wedding is stressful and having Fidan there as a calming soul kept us grounded through it all. Fidan helped us think outside the box of a 'cookie cutter' wedding, and helped create a colourful unique vision that was executed beyond what we imagined it would be. Words cannot describe how utterly grateful we were for her guidance, love and encouragement from start to finish to help create the most beautiful wedding we have ever seen. We never once felt overwhelmed or misunderstood. She was even able to accommodate all of our last minute requests with ease...we are so appreciative! Our wedding was more than we dreamed for and we truly have Fidan and all those she recommended to thank make our day and experience wonderful. It felt like a fairy tale. We were referred to Fidan and her team from a close friend who were really happy with their experience. We were planning a destination wedding in Mexico and Milena was our lead planner and we could not be happier with the whole experience. Fidan and Milena were so great to deal with during the planning stages and were constantly on top of everything with the vendors and helped to keep us on track.

For the actual wedding, Milena was there all week with us and provided amazing service. It actually rained during our ceremony and Milena was able to work with the venue to pivot and execute a back up plan and it ended up being perfect! We would highly recommend their services and could not be happier with the entire experience.

Designed Dream Events exceeded all expectations! We purchased the one-month wedding planning package and it was the greatest decision we could have made for our wedding. There are so many things that you need to do for a wedding, and so many that you may not think of (especially if it’s your first time!), so having an EXCEPTIONALLY ORGANIZED expert to help you along the way—and then be there to execute your day—is soooo key. Prior to our wedding, the DD team worked with us to help us find vendors that matched our vision and ensure that we have all wedding contracts completed. Then, they worked with our vendors to execute the wedding exactly as we had hoped! Truly, while we already felt confident about our day thanks to the DD team’s INCREDIBLE SUPPORT AND PROFESSIONALISM during the planning process, we did not anticipate just how incredible Fidan and Milena would be on the day itself. They MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE CELEBRITIES the whole day—escorting you, guiding you, supporting your family, communicating with headphones and microphones to all the vendors—it was amazing. They worked with us the month before the wedding and day-of.
I could not have asked for better planners. They were professional, attentive and most importantly, flexible. Although I added some challenges (i.e. not doing a first look and squeezing in a receiving line), they were honest about the downsides, but ultimately made it work as best they could to ensure our day was exactly as we envisioned it.
I also appreciated that they gave us vendor referrals that met our budget and needs leading up to the day.
The day ran smoothly and we were truly able to enjoy ourselves because we knew everything was in the best of hands.

I had to move my wedding twice during covid, DD team have always came through for me. They were flexible to work with and they made sure to check in, connect and align with ALL OF MY 15 vendors. This group of women are amazing, I don't know how I could have done my wedding without them. They made sure there was a detailed agenda for the day of and it went without a glitch. I can't ask for a better planning team than this group of ladies. I genuinely would recommend them to anybody who is looking and they are THE BEST team in town. They know what the heck they are doing and they are the best.

Two years ago, before Pandemic, I started planning our wedding in Canada. Googling, I found too many planners and vendors, I felt lost and confused. I looked at Designed Dream profile on google and I trusted the reviews! A great great decision to make and that’s where our journey started with Fidan and her team!
Pandemic happened and like many couples we had to reschedule our wedding not once but twice! Having an international family, not only we had reschedule the date but also we had to change the location of the wedding to Mexico so everyone could travel there easily (given the strict rules of Canada on closing the borders). If Fidan’s positive energy and support wasn’t with us, I would definitely cancel the wedding. She is kind and always available. The whole team made us feel we were the only customer they had (giving us all the attention needed)
Fidan’s also extremely patient and flexible. Given our super busy schedule, she worked hard with us to schedule and plan the dreamiest destination wedding!! Our wedding was beautiful, fun, flawless and memorable! We got so many compliments about it… and I have to say, all the credits goes to this hardworking team.


It was after several initial consults and interviews before I landed on Milena Designed Dream events. At our meeting Milena’s demeanor and personality made me feel at ease right away and it was like talking with a friend. This feeling remained consistent throughout the entire process. Milena was very easy to work with through the design process where she came up with great concepts and sourced amazing suppliers. There was a point where I felt like I was burning out and sensing this Milena calmly had me take a week off, guiding me with a soft touch when necessary to keep the process moving.


We had what could only be described as the perfect wedding.  At the very least this is what it was to me and judging by comments we received was the same for our guests. Every distraction, delay, permutation, hiccup in the coordination of that day was handled by Milena, calmly.  Never did we get even a hint of anything being amiss. It was a phenomenal and beautiful day, both literally from the design and also in our hearts and it was all thanks to her. Milena, we can’t thank you enough.
