The facilities found at this venue include 9 function rooms spread acroos two floors plus a lovely terrace. The largest room is the Grand Victorian which can accommodate up to 842 guests for a reception. The smallest room is the Grandeville Boardroom which is ideal for small weddings of up to 68 guests.

Anniversary Celebration in Dec 2024.

They exceeded our expectations- helped us in every possible way: food planning; seating plan; paying attention to details.
We had multiple discussions with the staff. They took care of our needs
Everyone in their staff (all of them) was very cooperative and understanding.
Food quality was fresh and excellent.
During our event their people were constantly attending for any spontaneous needs of our guests.

Super Amazing Memorable Experience !!!

End of July, 2022, Our son got married at Grand Victorian, Mississauga

It was such a fabulous experience that we can recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

If you are looking for a grand, stylish and a one stop shop experience, this is the place to consider !!!

Radisson hotel to accommodate the guests, great arrangements at lower level for pre wedding functions , outdoor wedding experience in gazebo at roof top and Super grand reception in the spectacular Grand Victorian hall !!!

To add more to the experience was sumptuous food with wide variety of cuisine from all over, prepared by a great chef and his team and excellent customer service with personal touch, under the leadership of the owner himself, Mr. Dewinder Sidhu and Seema !!!

We had guests from all across the globe and they had ball of the time to cherish it for rest of their lives !!!

We are ever grateful to our wedding planner and great friend Karan for recommending this place to us and connecting us with Mr. Dewinder and his crew !

The Perfect Venue

My husband and I got married at the Grand Victorian on June 25th, 2022 and it was the most magical day thanks to Dewinder and Seema. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and our guests were raving about the food. We did a buffet dinner and got several compliments on how amazing the dinner, dessert and late night snack was. They did a fantastic job making sure everything was seamless and there were no hiccups on the day of. We walked into the venue and were in awe of how beautifully decorated it was and they made sure it was everything we could have ever imagined! Thank you Dewinder and Seema for the most perfect wedding day, it was everything we could have dreamed of and more. We will definitely recommend the Grand Victorian to anyone looking for a venue and wants great service!

Excellent venue for Wedding

My son recently got married at this venue. It is a great and beautiful place for marriage. The ambience, decoration. quality of food and service was excellent. Every guest has enjoyed the function and appreciated the venue and quality of food and service. Both Devendra and Ms. Seema has a very professional and cooperative approach which resulted in great marriage functions. We would like to again use the services of Mr. Devendra for our functions at this venue.

Stay Away from this place !!!

So many issues, not even sure where to start. I can just say I'm glad I decided not to go with this vendor.
They never pick up their phone. Took months and months to go over the contract. When I was ready to sign it took weeks to even have the contract sent. This was unbelievably frustrating.

So Many empty promises. I found myself extremely frustrated and that is no way to have the ceremony venue treat you when it's supposed to be a happy day of your life.

Dealt with many other vendors and found their responses to be reasonable and was enjoyable speaking with them. I even told Dewinder that he wasn't responding at times that we both agreed on and that this was a bad way to provide service. Still not change in his actions. I'm glad I don't have to deal with this nonsense. I will never recommend this place.

My one advice, judge this vendor by their actions, not their word.

Stay away from this place

These guys are very sketchy. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

All the reviews below were due to prior management that was much better than the current one!!

Dewinder makes alot of promises and then doesn't answer his phone. I have been trying to reach him for 2 months! He shuts my calls and then texts me that he'll call back, never does!

Seema comes off as a nice person but watch out!!!!!

Don't fall the nice prices and feel goods that they keep talking about, these guys are no where to be found after you make your deposit!

I will gladly share the amount of texts and calls I have put into Dewinder and all the false promises he makes.

Dewinder and seema are sketchy

There is a reason why there is only less than 10 reviews on Google.

The lack of communication and service from Dewinder and Seema are appalling. This is my dream wedding reception. I am in love with the interior and the convenience of the hotel attached to the reception but it is impossible to book here.

Management is unreliable and extremely difficult to get a hold of. When we met with Dewinder for a venue tour. He seemed very cool, personable and professional. He told us that there were no restrictions in terms of food, number of guests, space and a minimum for a deposit was $500. What?! Amazing! But totally unheard of since a lot of the other banquet halls ask for 20%-25% deposit. We thought we hit the jack pot but when something is TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE in generally always is.

This is where it gets sketchy. He said he would email us the wedding packages but never did. It's been 2 weeks. Why doesn't this banquet hall have wedding packages readily available to hand out to clients? I don't know..

We've called the secretary and she said she will tell Dewinder to email us the info. But never heard from him. We called Seema on her personal cellphone, she told us the exact same thing that she would email us but never did.

I am starting to wonder how they manage to keep this reception hall in business with the lack of professionalism. And with so many weddings that took place here, why is there very little reviews.

Excellent service and beautiful venue

My family hosted my brother and sister-in-law's wedding reception here. We worked closely with Dewinder and Seema. Both of them were exceptionally helpful throughout the process. We got to know them over several months of planning and they were always professional and eager to assist in any way possible. One thing we appreciate immensely is that Dewinder and Seema are so hands-on with each event, even when they are fully booked for several days in a row. On the day of the reception, the rest of the staff helped to make sure all the details were taken care of for us. We couldn't have asked for better service.

As for the venue, it is absolutely breathtaking, every time we visited in the planning process we were blown away. All of the guests remarked that it was one of the most unique and beautiful venues they have ever seen. The food was excellent and plentiful and everyone loved it.

Another reason this is a great venue for a wedding is that it is attached to a Radisson hotel. Many guests from out of town stayed at the hotel and the rooms are excellent and well-priced. It was very convenient for the bride and groom to be able to come down straight from their rooms instead of having to be outside in the cold. Having a hotel right there made it much more enjoyable for our guests.

All in all, we are so happy that we chose this venue. Thank you Dewinder and Seema!
