We have a minimum spend, so we would estimate 80 guests would fit nicely in the room and also be able to meeting our spend

Loved our wedding here, but audio issue was disappointing
Thank you, Cornerstone Theatre, for helping us create such a beautiful and memorable wedding day.
One thing that did affect our experience, though, was the speaker volume for the projector. It was so quiet that we couldn’t hear some of the moments I had been most excited for, which was really disappointing. I’m sharing this in hopes it can be improved so future couples can enjoy those moments fully. 😃

Truly Wonderful
The team at Cornerstone was wonderful to work with from day 1. We knew what we were looking for, and Cornerstone was actually the only venue we even went to see. They had it all.
While we planned away, they were there through it all to answer questions and to provide guidance. When we started working with Nicole at our food tasting and decor selection, we were even more solidified that we had made the right choice. Nicole worked with us on everything, and was super accommodating when we had a couple of last minute drop offs to make sure we still got the best value.
Every single person that came to our wedding commented on how amazing our venue was, it was so beautiful. The food was to die for, and we literally didn't have to worry about anything throughout the entire day. It was literally a dream come true.
While we planned away, they were there through it all to answer questions and to provide guidance. Incredible Experience
My wife and I used Cornerstone Theatre and Canmore Ranch for our wedding in August 2024. If you are considering having your wedding in Canmore, you MUST use this venue - they are incredible.
When we started the planning process, we were assigned an in-house wedding planner (Becky) who was nothing short of incredible through the entire process. The entire staff were true professionals and you can tell why they are regarded so highly. A few special things we wanted to note for anyone considering this venue / team:
-Becky (and other wedding planners) are incredibly friendly, helpful, patient and responsive;
-The venue can provide stationary, decor, DJ (who was very good!) and even dental floss on the day of!
-There are lots of in-house customizations available for stationary, decor, wedding seating charts and drink options (including custom mocktails for the non-drinkers!)
-The food was unbelievable (seriously). We received numerous comments from our guests on how great the food was (we did pork belly, duck and beef tenderloin. You have to do the truffle cheese mashed potatoes);
-They have an excellent set up at the Canmore Ranch and will coordinate music, the order of processional and recessional, and provide an arch backdrop.
Finally, they pay attention to the little details that any couple would want considered, like timing of wedding party entries to song choice during grand entrance. We are so thrilled with our experience and you will be too!

Great venue and even better food
This venue was pretty great. They help setup and take down the decor so you can enjoy your day and night. They had prosecco and appetizers outside for our guests following the ceremony and then enjoyed an excellent dinner inside. Only con is there is no a/c so it was quite warm in the summer. Still amazing.

Perfect day!!
Everything went perfectly on our wedding day, we didn’t have a single thing we had to deal with. All of our family and friends talked about how good the food was and how nice the venue is. The music was great, the bar service was great, we don’t have a single bad thing to say!

Stress Free Wedding
If you’re wanting to have a wedding that’s stress free this is your place! They provide a wedding coordinator (Becky is fantastic) and have a team to do setup and take down. The catering is amazing, 10/10 highly recommend

Staff is amazing and knowledgeable
We had a wonderful experienxe planning our dream wedding with Cornerstone Theatre. Our coordinator, Christian, specifically went above and beyond to ensure our stress levels were at a manageable point throughout the planning process by providing helpful feedback and suggestions. Having the catering, the DJ, photobooth, decor, bartenders, etc., in-house was super convenient and allowed us to focus on other aspects of our wedding. The venue is super accommodating and the staff decorated both our ceremony and reception space beautifully. Highly recommend this venue if you are looking to celebrate your wedding in the mountains.

The BEST wedding experience ever
I couldn't recommend Cornerstone enough. The staff is kind, professional and responsive, and they are amazing at what they do. Our wedding coordinator was Christian, and from day 1 he was so helpful and made sure our day was absolutely perfect. The main reason why I would recommend Cornerstone is because of how much they take care of for you (ie. table decor, ceremony setup, reception setup, music, AV equipment, etc.) - if you are a couple who wants a stress-free wedding without having to sweat the small stuff, this location is for you.

The perfect venue for a mountain wedding!
Highly recommend booking your wedding with cornerstone! They help take so much of the stress out of the planning process, and having Nicole as our Day Of coordinator was amazing! She did a great job at organizing and making sure the day went just as we imagined it would. We had tons of feedback that everyone loved the food. The DJ, Gaston, was great and kept the dance floor going all night long! Amazing day that we’ll remember for years to come!
