I had my dream wedding here.
Our family was able to stay on site all together over the weekend; it was a wonderfully bonding experience.
When I think of all the money that I was going to spend for a hotel wedding and then compare it with Silver Springs - cost me less than half. I just smile.
This place is 1000x better than any hotel.
We were married between two birch trees overlooking a spring fed pond and danced we in the feild in the moonlight.
I wouldn’t have changed a moment of my magnificent experience at Silver Springs Retreat; it was indeed magical.
Great looking place, Unpleasant experience
Beautiful place, not flexible
Wedding in heaven
Thank you, Silver Springs for the best memories ever. Our photos are beyond stunning!!!
Too soon to tell, but if I had to marry all over again, I wouldn’t change a thing!! Same guy, too!!
Wedding to remember!
A great venue !
The house is perfect for close family and friends. The kitchen is amazing and we were able to have our catering company use the kitchen as we had a tent outside for the reception. All the bedrooms in the house are nice - it is also a great set up for older guests as there are bedrooms on the main floor. The guest house barn is large and offers another great setting for people to sleep. It also has a nice large room if needed.
The ponds and landscaping complete the setting. There is also a nice gazebo that can be used for a bar which worked out very well at our wedding. Michael give us so many great ideas to make our day special.
After searching a long time for the perfect setting we found it with Silver Springs and we would not change a thing about our wedding day.
From the first moments we started exploring Silver Springs, we knew we had found something special. The sweeping views, the gentle breezes, the stunning, swimmable spring fed ponds, the hiking trails, the crashing waterfall and babbling brook, the sunset deck...it was everything we had hoped to find and more!
The main house is absolutely stunning and accommodations there and in "the barn" were perfectly appointed for the comfort of our many overnight guests. There are also many lovely places to stay nearby so we didn't need to curtail the number of guests we wanted to invite.
We simply can't thank Michael and Joy enough for their attention to detail, their gorgeously maintained property, and the speed with which they responded to our questions throughout the process.
It was like we got married in heaven! Silver Springs has become an important part of our story, and we look forward to returning for family reunions, and one day, to renew our vows.
