We’re a small, award-winning craft distillery that is truly grain to glass: we source our ingredients from local farms in Waterloo and Wellington counties, and cultivating our own botanicals that infuse and inspire our world class spirits. Our distillery pays homage to infamous cocktail lounges and hotel lobby bars from around the globe, offering an unforgettable event experience.

Our indoor private spaces are thoughtfully designed with service, elegance, and history in mind, while our outdoor patio sits in the heart of downtown Elora. The spaces are adorned with antiques, classic movie posters, elegant furniture, and a luxioriously rich colour palette of royal blue, burgundy, and gold. Our menu leans towards the local, sourcing our ingrediants from neighbouring farms, and supporting our community specialty stores wherever possible. We are able to accomodate groups of 10 to 70 with our three unique spaces, perfect for intimate weddings with a timeless and romantic vibe.
