  Would re-hire lumina again and again

  Krista, Jared, Carissa, Winona, and Maggie are the best of the best. It is with immense pleasure to write a review to support their high quality work.
  
  My partner and I felt awkward at the engagement shoot and having this opportunity to practice for our big day was the best experience. Lumina was able to turn our awkwardness into a series of beautiful memories. Krista and Carissa were able to help us feel at ease. They provided gentle direction, encouraged us to be ourselves, were patient, humorous and professional. They managed to capture our moments of joy and love. By the end of our engagement shoot we felt relaxed, and had the best time, what a fun experience. This is when we knew we made the right decision.
  
  This continued until our wedding day. Their ability to make people feel comfortable in front of the camera is matched by their skill and art behind it. They captured candid moments that tell a beautiful story. We ran behind schedule and the team stayed behind to capture other moments they knew were important to us. We are SO grateful to them for this.
  
  As we look back on our photos and video footage, we’re transported right back to those moments reliving all the emotions again.

  Choose Lumina for your wedding; you won't regret it!

  Lumina came highly recommended by my friend/coworker, who also used them for video last summer (Erica and Jonathan!). Krista and her team were fantastic to work with. They were so flexible with all our requests, kept us on time and captured our wedding day and engagement shoot perfectly. It was definitely one of our more expensive vendors but it was so worth it. I was a bit nervous about having cameras in our face throughout the day and I might find it distracting but after seeing our wedding video and photo sneak peaks, I was shocked to see how they were able to capture so many candid shots and I didn't notice them at all LOL
  
  Thank you Krista, Jared, Nhi and the rest of the team! You guys rocked

  If you want a fun, professional, and overall amazing photographer and videographer then stop looking around and book Lumina! From day one, working with Krista and her team was incredible. They made all the planning easy, provided excellent suggestions, and the photos and videos are just incredible. They meet with you to understand exactly what style you are looking for and what photos you want - they truly listen to your wants and needs. We got so many compliments about the Lumina team from our guests, and would 100% recommend them to everyone!
  
  They have a quick turnaround time and every picture and video is amazing. We can't thank Lumina enough! If you are lucky enough to be able to book them for your wedding you know you will be working with the absolute best!

  You will not regret choosing them

  Krista, Jared and Luke were the best videographers team, we could ask for. My husband wasn't keen on the idea of having a videographer at the wedding. Thinking that it will be awkward and fake to have to act in front of the camera.   Best wedding videography + photography!

  My husband and I are coming up on our one year wedding anniversary and I'd be remiss not to give the biggest shout out to Krista and Jared at Lumina Weddings for capturing our day so beautifully! We used them for both our photography and videography and can't say enough good things about them. The whole experience, from initial inquiry to final edits, was seamless and stress-free. Their team understood our vision and executed it perfectly.
  
  I know many couples debate the merits of hiring a videographer for their wedding and all I can say is do it, it's so worth it! Now that we're approaching our one year anniversary, all we want to do is re-watch our videos over and over again - they bring us right back to our big day and let us re-live each moment and all the feelings again (something you can't put a price tag on)!
  
  I highly recommend Lumina Weddings, they truly are the best

  Absolutely Incredible! Highest of quality and TOP Team to work with!

  Krista, Jared, and the entire Lumina team is absolutely first class in wedding photography and videography. From the first moment we connected with Lumina every interaction was professional, creative, insightful and just downright fun! I mean this in a good way, but the Lumina team really felt part of the wedding (and not 'just' a vendor there to capture photos), effortlessly gliding amongst the guests and capturing all the right moments throughout. Don't mistake the fun and comfortable environment for being low quality either - the photos and videos absolutely turned out better than we could ever have imagined, bar none. We cannot emphasize how much value we've found in the videos, re-watching and reliving our special day and catching minute details we missed on the day.

  A Perfect Experience

  We hired Lumina to do our wedding videography. Krista's energy throughout the process, from start to finish, was amazing. You can tell that there's a solid team behind Lumina because she conveyed exactly what we wanted to the videographer, Jared, who we spoke with closer to the wedding day. Jared's energy is calming and he worked seamlessly with our photographer. When we got our wedding highlight video, Krista worked patiently with us as we wanted to switch a couple of scenes. My husband and I could not be happier with the final result, including the longer videos (ceremony and speeches). Thank you so much Krista and Jared for making videos that we will cherish forever!

  Amazing Team!

  We couldn't be happier with Lumina.
  
  We first started talking to Krista and Jared back in 2019 when we were planning our 2020 wedding. We instantly knew that Lumina was the vendor we wanted to go with. They were both so friendly and we could tell we were all on the same page when it came to the vision of what we were hoping for with our wedding video. We unfortunately had to postpone our wedding until 2022 but throughout those 2 years, Krista stayed in contact with us and she was so helpful when we had to reschedule from 2020 to 2021, and then 2021 to our final date in 2022.
  
  One of the features we decided to go with the same day edit. We wanted to have it play near the end of our reception so that all our guests could see how the day went. We were both in awe the entire time we were watching it. During the reception and days after the wedding, we received so many compliments from our guests of how amazing the video was. We still get chills and feel the emotion everytime we watch it.
  
  Krista was incredible! We could tell how much she cares about making all her clients happy. She was such a good listener to make sure we got the end result we were dreaming of. And they definitely delivered.
  
  Jared is the best videographer we have ever met. He is so easy to work with and makes you feel so comfortable in front of the camera. He always has such great ideas for video content!
  
  We are truly going to miss speaking with them and working with them. I would 100% recommend Lumina to anybody who needs videography services for their wedding or special events.

  BEST photo/video team EVER!!

  We hired Lumina to do both photo and video coverage of our wedding. I don’t have enough words to explain what an amazing job Krista and her team at Lumina did. Not just for our wedding, but for the entire two years leading up to it. It all started with Krista getting back to me immediately via both text and email when I submitted my inquiry. If you’re familiar with planning your own wedding, you know that often vendors take days to respond and sometimes they don’t respond at all. Not in this case. From the very beginning Krista would always respond to me so quickly which made my planning process so much smoother, and she was able to work with me on my budget so that I didn’t have to go over budget to work with them. Lumina quickly became my favorite vendor that we hired for our wedding day. We got engaged in 2020 during peak covid, and planned our wedding for 2022. For two years I would randomly reach out to Krista with my questions, worries, plans, and she was always amazing at putting my mind at ease and offering great suggestions. My entire wedding process wouldn’t have been the same without her!
  
  We first worked with Krista and Celine for our engagement session, which quickly started feeling like a fun hangout with new friends. The photos we received afterwards were so beautiful I was in shock. I don’t always love how I look in photos, but I loved every single photo we got back from them.
  
  On the day of the wedding we worked with Krista, Celine, another Krista, Kas, and Jon. Each of them were absolutely amazing to work with and so friendly! My husband and I are pretty uncomfortable being filmed/photographed, but this team made us feel much more at ease and comfortable with it. Throughout the day we felt like they all became our friends. I know we will always look back on our wedding day and remember these 5 wonderful people we worked with. Our wedding was just days ago so I obviously don’t have the photo and video back yet, but I know with everything in me that both will be beyond my expectations. To Krista and her team, thank you SO much for being one of the best parts of our two year engagement and wedding day. We are so grateful for everything and working with you all was such a great experience. I 100% recommend Lumina for any photo/video needs to anyone who is getting married and wants to work with a very special and amazing team. THANK YOU!!
