Where to begin?!! I booked a limo with this company for my daughter and her bridesmaids to get her to wedding. An hour away from our house. I booked for 2pm. Two days before I get a call to change the pick up time to 1:30 PM. I explained that we will try but we have all the girls getting their hair and make up done so we may be a little delayed. Well that day we rush the hair and make up and are ready for the 130 pick up. We get a call at 2 PM that the driver is running late because he needs to get gas! Finally shows at 2:20! Limo is filthy and hot as hell! Air conditioning not working during a heatwave!!!! The drive is an hour away and the girls and bride were drenched and the flowers were wilted! Good luck getting the driver to explain how to turn on the music. Asked three times how to get to the venue and pulled over three separate times! Needless to say we were late for the wedding!! A lot of time and money went in to planning the big day and this company does not care! Very unprofessional!! Stay away!!

Driver was 45 min late, got lost, sped, missed an off-ramp — we had to give directions. This was on my prom night spent over 1000 dollars and this was the service

Do not use this company if you want to get to your wedding venue safely or at all. I booked them for my wedding....to keep it short the driver was first of all 40 mins late picking us up, then he drove absolutely erratic to try and make up the lost time say " don't worry I'm a professional driver" as we were all holding on for dear life, bags were flying around, drinks were being spilt to then eventually running out of gas on the side of the highway. We were stranded and had to call family and friends who were at the venue to come and pick us up ! ...I was an HOUR LATE TO MY OWN WEDDING BECAUSE OF THIS DRIVER. It's been a month since this has happened and they have yet to compensate me OR EVEN APOLOGIZE. They keep telling me head office or " back office" will be contacting me .....they 100% do not have a head office. Every time I ask for a phone number or to speak to any kind of management she tells me they cant give that info out and that someone will call me.....again its been 1 month now and nothing has happened. This company is a scam do not ever use or recommend to anyone ever.

Top Limo cancelled their limo service on the day of our wedding without any back up service offered. We were promised a full refund within 5-10 business days. One month later and multiple follow up calls there is still no refund and none of the staff seem to care. Awful, do not book!!!!!

Top Limo is a huge scam and thieves. I booked a party bus for 16 people with 4 pick up points going to TO airport and return. They charged for half of the total upfront. I called 3 times to confirm first the pick at 4am, because it was a Monday morning and was told not to worry everything would go smoothly, and I would receive a call in the Sunday from Top Limo and then a call from the driver when he was leaving to come get us. Total BS, no one called the day before, I started calling and leaving urgent messages, I kept calling all night. Then 3:30am rolls around, no call from a driver. I continually call Top Limo not response. Finally at 5:30am we have to go. I had to make arrangements for 16 people and all their luggage, to get to the airport in time to catch our flight. Two full size pick up trucks, 2 SUVs later and four 8 day parking, we just made it. I receive a call from Anna at Top Limo (the one who booked, took my $1200 and confirmed pickup) at 9am (we are still waiting on 2 people at this point) and says the driver was in an accident and in the hospital, more 🐂 💩. The driver was supposed to call before he left to confirm the address, which he did not do. She says not to worry the bus will be there to pick up and take us home. 🤦‍♀️ I tell her “why would we need a return bus when we all had to drive ourselves and pay for parking?” She says “oh I’ll cancel the non refundable return trip”. I tell her, I need a full refund immediately because I wasn’t sure how I was getting the last 2 people to the airport, and thought they would have to take a taxi or Uber. She told me I would have a full refund within 24 hrs. More BS, didn’t not receive any money back and when I called them, conveniently Anna was off and the new person had no idea and needed to investigate. I still have not heard from them. I had to put a dispute in with my credit card to get my money returned. Top Limo is absolutely the worst, they almost destroyed our family vacation. BEWARE TOTAL SCAM!!!!’😡
