We hired two limos from Mermaid limos to take us to our wedding venue. They were on time for both myself and my husband. Anytime time we had a question or had to change our order, customer service was always quick to respond. Just wished the Bluetooth worked in both limos! Overall great service! -

The driver was on time for all pickups, and the car was nice and as expected. Champagne was provided which was a nice touch. Only thing to improve on was that their GPS had trouble finding one of the pickups, and the driver needed to call me to help with directions while I was getting ready. -
