Good communication and service

Overall, our experience with this limo company was good. Communication leading up to the wedding was very good — they were responsive and accommodating when we needed to make small changes to the timing of the day. However, we didn’t receive final confirmation until the day before, which added a bit of unnecessary stress.

The company had recommended the 14-passenger Navigator, but if we were to do it again, we would likely choose a different vehicle. While it was clean and comfortable inside, getting in and out was a bit challenging, especially for guests with mobility issues.

That said, the driver was professional, and the transportation ran smoothly on the day.

Our wedding

Lavish limo , was such an amazing transportation service to use. Alex was efficient and on time and waited for us while we captured all of our photos.
They were so flexible with our schedule changes and time changes for our day.
The bus was defintely a memory I will not forget.

Scammers!!!!!

Please look at the screenshots I attached.

They won't give us our refund or deposit unless I remove my HONEST REVIEW.

there's more to it. In the conversations via email they don't take accountability regardless and denies everything.


I was extremely disappointed. We had rented a limo for our wedding.
Munish was our driver. Honestly, we have videos to show how uncomfortable the ride was. Everyone was sweating and make up was dripping before the wedding. The AC was not on and was not working. The driver said that it would get colder once we got onto the highway. It caused my husbands suite to have sweat marks on his back. The car was not cleaned, the stereo came off during the ride.

This is unacceptable it ruined the bridal party and our mood into our special day.

When we were going back. He did not go into the parking lot, he wanted us to exit the limo In the middle of the road. Where there were cars, one lane, and construction on the road instead of going into the parking lot!!!

Not comfortable ride!

I was very disappointed with my recent ride with Lavish Limo. Despite it being a warm day, the air conditioning was not working properly throughout the ride, even though the driver insisted that it was. The radio also wasn’t functioning correctly, which made the ride feel even more uncomfortable. Additionally, I requested the privacy window between the driver and passenger area to be closed, but it remained open for the entire trip despite my request. For a service that’s supposed to be premium, this experience was far from it. I expected better attention to comfort and customer preferences. also getting off the limo was very hard and uncomfortable. Cause the height was very high form the floor. I had to sit in the floor to get to the ground and even scratched the hamstring because the peace of metal was sticking out. my make up melted because it was hot in the limo, my hairdo messed up because the entire ride the windows were widely open!!!

Highly recommend

We used Lavish Limo for our wedding in September of 2024 and had an amazing experience. The 35 passenger full size bus was gorgeous inside and out. The price was much cheaper than competitors, the driver Abdul was extremely professional and accommodating and showed up earlier than scheduled. I highly recommend this company.

Amazing Experience

Booked the 50 pass party bus for my mate’s bachelor party !! Excellent company to work with ! The bus was as crisp as shown on website , great music , driver kept it professional with time .. great job guys

Great and fantastic

Booked the hummer for night out !! Loved the limo ! It was just perfect fir the night . we got a little late with the return pick up but the driver Alec was so kind and gave us extra over the service 30 mins for free ! this is the kind of team and company you want to work with who are accommodating to situations ! Great limo services - highly recommend 😊

Our limo driver, Kevin, provided professional services and got us to each requested location promptly and safely. There was a bottle of sparkling grape juice provided after the wedding ceremony.
