    Great time! Great service!

    On time, easy going, and a great time! We used them for our wedding to take the groom / bride to the venue and to bring us home at the end of the night. They made transportation stress free and flawless!

    Prompt ; on time and sweet

    Our limo was clean , driver was prompt on time for our hourly shuttle runs , our guests said he was awesome and they enjoyed their ride . Very reasonably priced ! We got married in Bradford and our hotel was in new market with 3 shuttles ( one an hour ) ending In the evening + 1 shuttle to get the initial guests to the venue . So reasonably priced for all we asked for ! That includes the tip as well . 10/10 would recommend

    Very happy with this company

    Lavish limo was easy to deal with, they gave me prices right away and when I needed to change a few things they were happy to adjust to my needs.

    Below average good value

    We went he with this company as it was mid budget, compared to other limo companies, and we liked the fact that they had a fleet of vehichles on the off chance the car broke down; they could then send another. We met them mid winter to book a limo and noted that some were rundown; had a broken windown or scratched bumper. We were assured they would all be repaired and look beautiful before our big day. The day of the wedding the limo was still missing a side panel. Also the driver complained about getting back on time to the reception venue while we completed wedding photos. We arrived at the reception venue 30 minutes early and he jumped out, opened the doors, ushered us all out, then left immediately. Overall it was okay as the inside was nice, there was champagne and we got there on time.

    Absolute worst limo company!

    We selected this limo company for a funeral actually and to be honest I’m not one to post reviews but this one deserves to be posted to warn others. They were friendly during the booking processes and promised me a full refund if I was not satisfied. This was one reason we selected them as we were impressed with their confidence in their level of service. The limo windshield was cracked all across from end to end in multiple places and all the windows were dirty. When I asked about the windshield I was told by the driver that this was the only limo available (I was later told by management on the way to pick us up a stone hit the windshield, so which is it?).
    The AC was also not working properly and although we asked multiple times for it to be adjusted it was not so we were left sweltering in the heat for hours.
    Lastly the driver would often leave and be unreachable by phone while we waited for him. All in all it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a transport service. To add insult to injury, when I complained it took multiple calls/emails just to get a response (that is if they even respond at all!). Overall I was very disappointed in not only the service on that day but also their customer service, particularly after they promised a full refund initially. Be forewarned, you likely won’t get what you paid for!

    Very easy to deal with

    We found Lavish Limos through our wedding planner and found they were very easy to deal with. Day of, we had the owner as our limo driver and he was extremely accommodating and friendly. Our limo was on time, clean, and they even helped accommodate a last minute change (since we originally booked a stretch limo but due to COVID restrictions we went with another option). Wouldn't hesitate to book them again if needed!

    awful cars very old and not the price I was promised

    Labor Day 2019

    This is a belated post, but it needed to be done - the worst transportation service I have ever encountered, whether it be limos I've been in for other weddings or my own.

    We had booked roundtrip service from our wedding venue to our photoshoot, and then to our hotels on Saturday, August 31, 2019. First of all, the driver was late. And by late I mean more than 45 minutes late. When the driver finally arrived, he immediately asked for payment. No apology that he left an entire wedding party standing in the hallway for almost an hour as the venue is trying to clean up. And we just spent thousands of dollars on a wedding with 250+ guests - do you really think we're going to stiff you on a few hundred bucks? Anyway, after we paid him (in an envelope, as we did with all of our respected vendors), the driver took the bills out and counted it in front of everyone before he would get back into the driver's seat. He didn't help anyone get into the limo, let alone me (the bride), and then proceeded to tell us that he didn't have any ice or cups for our champagne. You're over 45 mins late and you don't even come prepared?! So what was supposed to be a fun, boozy ride to our photo shoot turned out to be dry and frightening, as he sped to the photo location so fast that we slid across our seats and had to hold onto each other/doors to keep from falling right off. We had to yell at him to slow down.
    On the return, he tried to drop us off at one stop (we had paid for two) because our time was "up," even though HE didn't arrive on time and therefore caused us to go over our timeslot.

    I regret not getting his name or writing the limo company after, but our wedding planner was "in the know" and hopefully passed on the message. But if you're looking for reliable, PROFESSIONAL service, do not go with Lavish Limo (or at least not the driver who we had the displeasure of riding with)!

    Worst company ever!

    **This is an original google review that needs to be posted everywhere to out this horrible, unprofessional and disgusting company.
    ***Lavish Limo dug their hole deeper when they wrote an insulting, disgusting and untruthful review back to this original google review. They continued to make up excuses for their horrible service and accused me of lying (why would I take the time to write a review and lie). They tried to tell me that I squeezed 22 people in a 20 person car. Thats really funny because my contract clearly stated that there would be 10 passengers riding with you that day. You guys are an absolute joke and a disgrace of a company. Do not even try to reply to this review to save your company's image. You are done!

    What an absolute joke of a company. I don’t even know where to begin. I booked Lavish Limo for my bridal party thinking I was in good hands. Was I ever wrong. In the signed contract, Lavish limo was supposed to show up at my house for 1:00 as my ceremony was at 1:30. They showed up at my house at 1:30 making me and my bridesmaids late for my own wedding!! After showing up at the venue late, my bridal party told me that the driver refused to drive to the venue without being paid first so he followed my parents to their house and demanded he be paid first. They also told me that the air conditioning in the car was not working, the champagne was warm, the champagne glasses were dirty with lipstick and the window did not work. They said the driver kept on lying and making excuses for this horrible service.

    I called the company a few days later to talk to someone about the service I received and was told that the manager wasn’t in but would call me back the next day. It was well into the next day and no one called me back so I called the company. I finally got in touch with the manager, Avi. I asked to speak to the owner of the company and was denied. I told Avi about the awful service and he told me he would have to talk to the owner as well as the driver to get his side of the story. I said that was fine and I will wait to hear from him. A week went by and I still did not hear from him so I decided to call Avi back. When I got a hold of him he said he spoke to the driver and started giving me many excuses and reiterating the “policy” of the company. Avi told me that it is in their policy to get paid before they start the service. I told him that maybe if the driver wasn’t late he would of had time to collect payment. Avi didn’t really seem to care and I told Avi this is unacceptable and he very rudely asked “well what do you want me to do for you?” I said I don’t think I should have to pay as much as I did for this awful service. He told me he could credit me $50 for the half hour of service I did not receive because the driver was late and that was all he could do. I told him that was not good enough and he told me to have a good day and hung up on me. He did not care to try and save his company’s image. Such an unprofessional and disgusting company. I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!

    Hi Francine & friends,

    We apologize for the driver's delay. The driver explained to us that there were 401 ramp closures, which caused him to take local roads. These things happen, which is why we provide a grace period for both the driver and our customers in the contract. He apologized to us and to the bridal party for his delay.

    It is, in fact, our policy to collect payment at the beginning of the service and you were made aware of this when booking with us. Still the driver did not ask for it at the beginning as he wanted to get you to the church as soon as possible. After the ceremony, the driver asked your father for the payment and he refused to pay due to the half hour delay. The driver got worried so he insisted on receiving the payment; at this point, your father told the driver to follow him to his house as he did not have money with him - it was not the driver's decision.

    As we explained to the you on the phone, and as you have mentioned yourself, July 6 was a very hot day. All limousines in the city were experiencing cooling issues on the hottest day of the year. This becomes even more problematic when you try to squeeze more passengers than the actual amount permitted. The driver warned you that you would overheat if you squeezed 22 people in a vehicle made for 20 passengers - you chose not to listen to him. You had initially booked a 10 passenger limo and we had later provided you with a free upgrade on the day of your service. We mentioned that this was for 20 Passengers, however, you decided to add more than 20 because some of you had never experienced a limousine ride.

    We always ensure that the limousine is working properly (sound system, lights, AC/heating, etc.). We also inspected the vehicle that was dispatched for your event. Everything was working fine - including the windows.

    We also make sure that all of our champagne glasses are clean - there is no way there could have been lipstick stains on the glasses as we clean all glasses at the same time; surely, someone else would have had the same complaint.

    Finally, when the you called us, we explained everything to you and still offered her a discount because we would never want a customer to be unhappy with us. You did not accept the discount and wanted a full refund, which is a very unreasonable request. You also became very agitated and started using vulgar words. We did not hang up on you until you told us to "have a good day" - we wished you the same and then hung up.
