Vivian is phenomenal! I'm a wedding planner myself, and had a hard time trying to find someone whom I could fully trust to coordinate my wedding day. I had almost 30 vendors to coordinate and a lot of moving parts. I had an opportunity to work with Vivian for a mutual client and knew she would be perfect! No regrets what-so-ever! Vivian took all my details and executed everything perfectly! I never once had to double check on something being done. She went above and beyond to ensure our wedding went smoothly.
Our wedding was affected by the covid pandemic (originally in June 2020 then postponed to August 2020), Vivian checked in often and offered help constantly. Having peace of mind while I got my hair and make up done knowing she was on site taking care of everything just made my entire wedding day that much better.
If you're on the fence about hiring Vivian, you shouldn't be, just go for it, it'll be the best decision/wedding investment you make :)

When selecting a planner, I wanted to make sure they had great experience but also can manage my own ideas. Working with Vivian was an absolute dream! Every time we met, she was always organized and made changes timely. Leading up to the big day, we had a small crisis but she was on it and handled it perfectly. If you're planning a wedding, trust me when I say you want Vivian on your team! We hired Vivian for month-of-coordination for our May 2019 wedding. My husband and I had such a great time on our wedding day, and we would not have been able to enjoy our day the same way without Vivian's help.

Vivian is a true professional through and through, and made sure that no detail was overlooked. She makes her clients feel like her top priority at all times throughout the planning process, and goes above and beyond what you'd expect from a wedding planner (for example, Vivian volunteered to pick up our wedding favours for us when things were getting hectic before the wedding). She is easily accessible by phone/email and always responds in a timely manner.

Our wedding day was perfect and virtually stress-free; Vivian took care of any and all situations that arose (e.g. seating unexpected guests, being ready with supplies to help bridesmaids with hair that was falling out/dresses that weren't staying put). She also took the time to make sure we were well-fed at our wedding! While my husband was initially hesitant about whether we really 'needed' a wedding planner, he and I both agree that hiring Vivian was worth every penny. She is such a pleasure to work with & we cannot recommend her highly enough!

After we got engaged in late 2019, Vivian was one of several wedding planners that we approached to help us plan our wedding for summer 2020. We knew during our first meeting that we wanted her to help plan and design our special day. Vivian was flexible and accommodating with us (including a change in province for our wedding location!) and when covid forced us to put a pause on our plans she was invaluable in helping us navigate everything. After a couple months of reflection, my fiance and I decided that we wanted to go ahead with an intimate wedding this summer. We reached out to Vivian again and with less than a month to prepare and plan she pulled together the wedding of our dreams!

Vivian's attention to detail is incredible, and she puts as much care into everything as if it was her own wedding. Again, she was so flexible with us, and even accommodated a surprise venue change for the ceremony one week before our wedding day. The aesthetic and design that Vivian created for our day was beautiful and beyond anything we dreamed of, with so many small details that made it feel unique to us. My fiance and I were able to relax and enjoy the entire day because we knew that Vivian would have all the details under control. She made our wedding day feel magical and completely perfect! I cannot recommend Vivian enough, and it was an absolute pleasure getting to work with her!

Only one word can describe our wedding:
"PERFECT". Vivian took the time to get to know us and turned our ideas
into a memorable and magical night. We did not have to worry about
anything on the day of knowing that Vivian had everything under
control behind the scenes. Vivian, thank you for making our day (and

There is NOT enough space allotted for me to write exactly what you get when you use Vivian's service. She was the best thing we ever could have done in terms of planning our wedding. She goes above and beyond to the extreme and using her services will truly put your mid at ease. She became a friend along the journey and she is missed ever since we got married. Please, I beg you, HIRE Vivian and she will exceed your expectations as she did for us. You will lose out if you don't HIRE her! She is one of a kind and the best there is!

Vivian did an exceptional job with the details of our wedding ! She ensured everything was in order, which we especially needed help with in regards to decor. We decided to get married pretty last minute in order to make sure my mom could attend who is in the midst of battling cancer. Right from the moment i first spoke to Vivian she "got me" and understood my vision for the day. At a time in my life when i was feeling a little stressed - Vivian's professionalism and knowledge helped to just enjoy the process. On the day i knew I could exhale and just enjoy the day because Vivian was on top of all the little details. I would recommend Vivian to anyone looking for support leading up to on and on their big day!
