Tricia is beyond amazing and wasted no time jumping in and organizing everything. I felt confident handing over responsibility and she proved over and over again that she knew exactly what we envisioned and what our budget and guest type was like.
The day of the wedding I never even heard if any of the set-up or vendors had issues. When we walked in everything was exactly as planned.
She was amazing at providing suggestions, options and advice. She suggested ideas we didn’t even know was possible and added another level of perfection to our wedding day.
We have two small children and she was absolutely fabulous with them. She was patient, kind and gentle with them. During the reception we could see her helping them at the designated kids table with activities we set up.
We highly recommend Tricia Bachewich Events and would suggest hiring her at the beginning or as early of the planning process as possible.

Tricia is amazing!!! From the moment we hired Tricia, she took all my planning stress away. She is the most professional, friendly, organized person I’ve met. Day of coordinator
Tricia is amazing! The first time we met with Tricia she relieved so many stressors we had with our planning. She met with us multiple times before the wedding and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Our wedding was in Winnipeg and we planned it all from Brandon, Tricia offered many times to meet with vendors for us or pick up anything we needed to save us the trip into Winnipeg. She went above and beyond to help us and we are very thankful to her. Our wedding ran so smoothly and everything was on time to the second thanks to Tricia. She had all our decor and ideas set up perfectly. Hiring Tricia as our day of coordinator was the best decision we had made and our wedding turned out better then we could have ever imagined. We highly recommend Tricia for day of coordination, she is the best!

Day of Coordinator - always a step ahead!
Tricia was an amazing day of coordinator. We had met with her 2x before the wedding and in those two meetings she had us already relieved of most of the pressures that a wedding day can bring before the day even came. She is extremely organized and considerate! Although I consider myself an extremely organized person and have actually planned several large work events in the past, she still managed to come up with little things that we had completely forgotten or didn't know to think of! And this is what I meant about being always a step ahead!
Had we realized beforehand how much effort, stress and time she was going to save us just on the wedding day, we likely would have asked her to coordinate the entire wedding! She is amazing! It definitely helped that she is also the Event Coordinator at the venue we chose, but honestly I think she would do just as great of a job elsewhere!

Made our wedding everything and more
Choosing to use Tricia and her team truly made our wedding day in October 2022 everything we could have dreamt of and more. We worked with her for more than a year preparing. She was always easy to communicate with, answered all questions, her checklists for us to complete things helped us stay on track and get everything we wanted. She provided wonderful suggestions of things we would not have thought of.
For the day and weeks leading up to the wedding they took over all communication with our vendors and we were told by many of them how easy Tricia made it for them as well. Everything was set up and stress free for us on the days leading up to and on the day of our wedding.
I have and will continue to recommend Tricia and her team to anyone. Well worth the money.

Tricia was absolutely amazing to work with! From the moment we started planning our wedding in 2021, I knew that we wanted to have a wedding planner for our 2022 date. We are beyond thankful for Tricia and everything that she did for us during the planning process. She was undeniably kind, knowledgeable, and patient with us while we sorted through all of the fine details (wedding planning is no joke!). Vendor recommendations, reminder emails, to-do lists, you name it, Tricia was on it. When our special day came around, everything went off without a hitch! We hired Tricia for the month of coronation and oh my goodness she was absolutely amazing. She took care of everything from the final details with each vendor, queuing each person down the aisle and setting up the table decor. I could not have imagined doing this all ourselves and she made our wedding stress free. We also had her clean up our items at the end of the night and deliver them back to our house the next morning, it was all very hassle free. And if there were any issues you at all Tricia took care of everything.

Owner & Lead Planner
Tricia began her journey in the wedding industry in 2001 and has been a part of thousands of weddings since then. In 2016 she officially launched Tricia Bachewich Events which is a culmination of her creativity, professionalism and attention to detail and logistics. She is also a licensed officiant in the province of Manitoba and has her planning certification from the WPIC. She is the co-owner and founder of Engaged WPG, education and inspiration for the forward-thinking couple. She believes that honest information should be readily available to couples getting married in Manitoba. Tricia loves being outside (hello tent weddings), sampling new wine, travelling, reading and camping. Her approachable, friendly demeanour was meant for this type of work! She has been called "the Mary Poppins of Weddings" and a "Fairy Godmother" by previous clients. Tricia has a counselling degree and is continuously upgrading her education to stay up to date and on-trend. She is extremely compassionate, focused, professional, ethical and well respected in the Winnipeg Wedding Industry
