We had lots of planning calls with Eva leading up to the day, and she was thoughtful, had great suggestions, and was completely on top of every detail. On the wedding day, Lisa, Eva, and the team were incredible. They traveled with us from our getting-ready locations to our first look and then to the venue, keeping everything moving smoothly the whole time.

They took such good care of us. They kept us hydrated all day, which we absolutely would have forgotten to do ourselves. They saved plates of food for us and made sure we actually had time to sit down and eat. They also somehow prepared over 200 cups of tea for our tea ceremony!

They were calm, warm, and just genuinely great to have around. Because of Shing Weddings, we were able to actually enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about it. We’re so grateful for everything they did and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We worked with Michelle and Lisa for 2 years planning our dream wedding and they were there for us every step of the way. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a more incredible wedding planner than Michelle. From the very beginning, she took every bit of inspiration we had: Pinterest mood boards, half-baked ideas, and a wild Alice in Wonderland theme and transformed it into something far beyond our imagination. The ceremony was elegant and seamless, and the reception was an eccentric, magical dream that people are still talking about.

She would be up working at 2 a.m., messaging us before we even woke up, always available for a Zoom call, and somehow managing to respond instantly no matter the hour. Every concern was addressed with patience, clarity, and solutions backed by her experience. Michelle didn’t just follow our vision—she elevated it, offering creative ideas and thoughtful touches we never would have dreamed of on our own.

Her efficiency and resourcefulness blew us away. Michelle anticipated challenges, had backup plans ready for everything, and even used her industry connections to help us save money where possible. Despite juggling other weddings, she made us feel like we were her only clients. In just eight months, she pulled off what most would consider impossible.

We first found Michelle because she planned a friend’s wedding, and now after experiencing her work ourselves, we can’t recommend her highly enough.
