We hired Ruchie and the Shaadi Bells team for day of coordination services in 2018 for our July 2019 wedding, which was roughly 700 guests (large Indian wedding!).

From the moment we met Ruchie, we knew we had to work with her! She is organized, attentive and gets the details. During the initial consultation, she asked the right questions to get to know us as a couple and our vision for our big day(s). We immediately booked with Shaadi Bells after our consultation.

Come 2019, Ruchie kept us organized with what needed to be done and lit the fire under us when we needed it. Ruchie always went out of her way to come meet with us and our vendors as needed (so much so, she came to my house the night before the wedding for some last minute details!). She thinks of the little details with your vendors that to be honest, most of us wouldn't even think about, and dealt with the majority of our vendors 1:1 and would loop us in as needed. As a bride, I appreciated having someone there that knew me, my taste, what I wanted and made decisions that ultimately she knew I would be happy with. She also recommends unique ideas and vendors which we appreciated.

Shaadi Bells was amazing. We are both from Brampton and we got married in Hamilton, therefore time played a huge factor in the wedding. Mehak was great and she was on the bride side in the morning. She ensure that the main person was always up to date on timing and kept the schedule going. The team on the groom side, Ruchie, ensure that they arrived at the temple on time. Coordinating and planning our wedding had some unique challenges because both of us lived outside of the Toronto Area and thus we had to book vendors and make sure everything operated smoothly. Furthermore, we set our wedding date just over 3 months before it happened! Due to us being out of town and a shortage of time, we initially met Ruchie from ShaadiBells over the phone - her professionalism and positivity came through over the phone and we hired her right away, and she provided a strong value for what she promised to provide.

We are truly thankful for the support she provided us during our wedding process. In the days leading up to the wedding, her flexibility and willingness to meet with us even late at night went a long way in calming our anxieties about the upcoming wedding. Govind and I are greatful to have had the opportunity to work with Ruchie and her team at Shaadi Bells Planning. We decided to get married within a few months time, and initially weren't sure if we wanted to take on an extra expense as I consider myself pretty well organized and I mean how hard is it to throw a party?... Let me tell you, it got way out of hand and we are so glad that we decided to hire Ruchie and her team for the month of coordination. She was readily available and was always on top of everything. She was able to provide us with great recommendations and execute our entire event with such grace. Everything that could possibly go wrong on someone's big day, went wrong for us and Ruchie was able to overcome these hurdles to ensure we got to enjoy a stress free day. The team took care of all of our vendor meetings and coordination for day of, as well as paid attention to the finer details such as the napkin rings, table placements etc... We recieved wonderful feedback from family and friends on how well coordinated and beautiful the event was. As a couple who initially didn't want to spend the extra money, I have to say we feel that Ruchie's work and presence is worth many times what we paid her. Over the course of planning the wedding, there were very specific requests we had with the joining of two very different families; the team was very respectful of these and ensured that all the requests were fulfilled. We felt very connected to Ruchie in our initial meeting and felt that she was able to see our vision and able to bring it to life. It was a day to remember and Shaadi Bells Planning did everything to ensure we were taken care of and were enjoying our time with our family and friends. For those of you contemplating on whether or not to hire them for your event, STOP, just HIRE them, I promise you wont regret a thing!!!!
