Bree from Relvery Events is the absolute best wedding planner you could ever hope for! She not only helped us create the most perfect day, but she also worked so thoughtfully within our budget—stretching every dollar to make sure nothing was missing.

She’s incredibly skilled, professional, and detail-oriented, but also brings so much warmth and fun to the process. We had so many laughs along the way, and she made what could have been a stressful time feel exciting and easy. On the wedding day, everything flowed seamlessly thanks to her hard work and expertise—we truly got to relax and enjoy every moment.

We worked with Bree from Revelry Events for our wedding, and while communication leading up to the event was good, unfortunately the day-of execution fell short.

Several important details were mishandled:

- My wedding binder, which contained invoices and private information, was left out on the welcome table and now appears in our professional photos.
- Our reception space was not completed before guests entered, meaning we didn’t get any detail shots of the room.
- A $700 floral arrangement that was supposed to be gifted and preserved (noted both in texts and in our cleanup instructions) was thrown out.
- Our wedding sign was broken during teardown.
- Despite clear instructions that the hotel would handle all boxes, they were piled into our bridal suite instead. This meant our wedding night was interrupted when we returned to our room, and we spent the next morning dealing with boxes we had already pre-arranged not to manage.

We had really hoped for a seamless experience, and while the planning communication was solid, the execution left us stressed on what should have been a carefree, celebratory day.

I share this so that future couples have the full picture and so that improvements can be made in attention to detail and following client instructions.

Bree is an absolutely incredible coordinator!! During our engagement, she was always there to bounce ideas off of or to calm any nerves and anxiety about decor, timeline, etc. On the day of, she ensured myself, my partner, nor any of my friends or family had to lift a finger in the set up, tear down, or execution or anything!!! Her whole team was so so lovely, and I can confidently say Bree was easily the best money I spent on our whole wedding. She is truly a master at what she does, and you can sense her passion for it just in how she communicates so clearly with her clients, sets boundaries in place with family members who many need it, and executes your vision perfectly. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Bree from Revelry Events as our day-of coordinator, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Bree and her assistant Jade were truly lovely to work with—calm, professional, and completely on top of everything.

One of the biggest things that stood out was their ability to pivot without missing a beat. Our rented ceremony speaker system arrived uncharged, but instead of bothering me or adding stress, they quietly found a solution and used a backup speaker we had on hand. I didn’t even know there had been an issue until after the ceremony—it was handled that smoothly.

Bree was also incredibly responsive in the lead-up to our wedding and made sure our reception space was set up beautifully. She took my vision and made it come to life, down to the little details.

A special shoutout to Jade as well—she captured tons of photos and videos throughout the day, which meant we got to relive those special moments right away, even before the professional photos came back.
