The V's Elopement
When we decided to elope we didn't know all that much about the area and knew that we needed someone local to help us with the planning process. Meeting with Christianne at Elope in Banff, we instantly felt at ease and were excited to begin the planning process. We began with a vague idea of what we were looking for and Christianne and her team created a perfect day we will never forget. The result of their hard work was the most absolutely gorgeous day where every single detail was taken care of. The locations they took us to led to breathtaking photographs we can't help but look at constantly. Elope in Banff had the entire day under control, and because of that, we were able to be present and truly enjoy every moment without having to worry about anything. When we were discussing the dinner of the wedding night, the only way I could describe my vision was "borderline fire hazard" and I am happy to say no hazards were involved with the beyond stunning tableset they put together for the evening. We want to share the biggest thank you to Christianne and the Elope in Banff team for giving us the wedding day we had always dreamed of!

"Eloped" with 30 people in November
We got married this last November with Elope in Banff, and it was a truly magical experience. We had so much fun and support from Christianne and her crew in regards to set up, planning, and definitely photography on our wedding day! Incredible service and incredible people to work with!!!

The Memorys
Elope in Banff gave Josh & I the most magical wedding day we could have ever imagined. From start to finish, they made everything effortless, intimate, and so incredibly meaningful. Without having any guests, Chris even helped me into my dress, so that a “first look” was still possible. Every detail was handled with care, allowing us to be fully present and soak in every moment together.
Standing beside lake Minnewanka, surrounded by nature, with zero stress and all the love; that’s a gift we’ll cherish forever. Choosing Elope in Banff was the best decision we made, and we are endlessly grateful for the once in a lifetime experience they created for us.

Our Magical Moraine Lake Elopement
When the thought of an elopement first came up, we had no idea just how amazing and stress-free our experience would be! From our very first phone call with Christianne, we felt completely at ease. She was incredibly kind, professional, knowledgeable, and so accommodating. She made the entire planning process effortless and stress-free, covering absolutely every detail.

From the very beginning, our experience with Elope in Banff was nothing short of phenomenal.
We had been planning our elopement for about ten months, and the communication was absolutely seamless from day one.
Every detail was thoughtfully planned and perfectly suited to our personal preferences, it felt like the entire day was designed just for us.
What truly stood out was how personal the experience felt. Even though our witnesses weren’t family members, it never once felt that way, everyone involved made the day feel warm, intimate, and special.
A huge thank you to Caitlin, who was wonderfully prepared for absolutely everything, anything we could have possibly forgotten, she had ready! And thank you for looking after Aurelia with such kindness and care.
Simon was incredible behind the camera; he captured our day with such care and attention as if it were his own wedding.
And an enormous thank you to Christianne for her outstanding communication and behind the scenes planning from day one.
Travelling all the way from the UK with our little daughter, we were also so grateful for the extra tips and guidance we received to make everything smooth and stress free.

Amazing Experience
We were so grateful to Christianne and her team. Before our big day Christianne was extremely helpful. She helped us work within our budget not only for what package would fit our needs and wants, but also for things we didn’t initially think of but would need to consider. My husband and I expressed our ideas and certain things we wanted, and Christianne and her team were able to help us achieve exactly what we had pictured. On our big day Simon and Caitlin were there, and they went above and beyond. They were extremely responsive, and acted quickly. If we last minute thought of a pose we wanted, they were very accommodating. They were very reassuring, and supported both my husband and I to make sure that we knew they were there for us, and that they wanted whatever we wanted. Overall I would highly recommend, things couldn’t have gone better thanks to Christianne and her team.

Chris (Christianne)
Planner/Coordinator
My name is Christianne, and I bring years of creative experience and the precision and care that comes with being a formally trained professional dancer to each elopement.
I am passionate about personalized service and loves getting to know each couple throughout the planning process and on wedding day.
I will ensure that you choose the perfect location, and that your special day is planned and executed flawlessly. A highlight of my career in the wedding industry has been the mentorship of Sharon Carmichael – Banff’s most experienced and professional full-time weding planner.
I have successfully maintained EIB’s recognized standard of excellence and has curated some of the most exceptional elopement experiences for our amazing couples.
With a professioal background in Contemporary dance and choreography, I have performed around the world and teach regularly as a sessional instructor at The University of Calgary in the Shool of Creative and Performing Arts. I hold a BFA in Performance (2009 TMU) and an MA in Dance Studies (2014 York University).
I love to ski, hike, dance and explore the outdoors in my spare time and bring couples a burst of energy and delightful organization in the planning process. I live in Canmore with hisband husband, Simon (EIB Photographer) and my two dogs – Benni and Zoe.

My name is Caitlin, and I have a passion for all things weddings, and bring warmth, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail to every celebration.
I delight in being part of couples’ happiest moments against the stunning backdrop of the Rocky Mountains. I will ensure everything runs smoothly – from coordinating logistics, vendors, family/ friends – and keep you smiling, so that you can truly enjoy your day.
Beyond coordinating dream elopements, I am a dedicated figure skating coach and a skilled baker who finds joy in creating treats for loved ones. Currently, I am channeling my love for bridal fashion into launching her own boutique, Cariad Bridal. Stay tuned for pop up shops in the Bow Valley area and online!

Bryan's passion for wedding photography and contagious enthusiasm ensures a fun experience on wedding day.
A strong and dedicated photographer, with a vast knowledge of the mountains, Bryan loves being part of the the EIB team. His calm and creative personality allows couples to be themselves so he can capture their natural connection with candid and real images.
In his free time, Bryan enjoys playing in the mountains: snowboarding, mountain biking, meeting new people and playing music.
