Elope in Banff are the best!
Christianne and the Elope in Banff team are absolutely incredible! We are from FL and have never visited Banff, and were hesitant about planning a wedding with 20+ people in a place we knew very little about. Very quickly, we realized we were in excellent hands and everything about our wedding day was perfect. We truly felt like we showed up for a vacation and never had any of the wedding stress. The vendors that Elope in Banff partners with are the best of the best in Banff. If we had to do it all over again, we wouldn't change a thing. From the ceremony, to the photos, and the beautiful reception dinner set-up, everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you again to the whole team!

HIGHLY recommend Elope in Banff - amazing experience
We had our wedding on September 12 and it was such a magical and amazing experience we will forever cherish. This is 100% because of the Elope in Banff team - I cannot recommend their services enough. They are all so professional, communicative, warm, friendly, accommodating and organized. You will not be stressed at all throughout the wedding planning experience nor the actual wedding day. I had full trust in the Elope in Banff team and that trust was definitely proven to not be misplaced. All of our guests and our family were also so impressed by everything!
I started planning our wedding around a year ago. I contacted around 15 different planners and venues in the Canmore/Banff area. Christianne, with Elope in Banff, was the first and only person to return my query via a telephone call. It is this personal touch that was present the entire planning process which makes Elope in Banff truly stand out. After our initial call I shared MANY e-mails with Christianne/Caitlin (sorry for my indecisiveness LOL!) and each e-mail was responded to so quickly and there were never any unanswered questions. I am a naturally an overthinker but truly NEVER felt stressed at any point while working with Elope in Banff. Everything was handled perfectly and the process truly was seamless.
Mai and Simon were our day of wedding coordinator and our photographer. Mai was so on top of everything and truly thought of every last detail. She was also so charismatic and we loved hearing all about her local knowledge of the Canmore/Banff area. Simon was so warm and funny, he made us feel very comfortable behind the camera (despite both of us not being so comfortable with photos before the photography session). I will let the gorgeous photos speak for themselves. We will treasure these memories of our day forever!
Again, we highly recommend booking your elopement or micro-wedding with Elope in Banff. Not a single detail was overlooked, and we even had our dog Molly join us for photos + the ceremony (Mai even brought one of Molly's favorite snacks - baby carrots LOL). We truly had the perfect wedding of our dreams and Elope in Banff was largely the reason for it!

Best day of our lives
I cannot recommend Elope in Banff and specifically Christianne, Cassidy, Rob and Kalla enough. Christianne matched us with the perfect officiant and photographer for us and immediately got our unconventional vibe. She was professional, accommodating and incredible at communicating. Cassidy was kind, warm and welcoming who could not do enough for us on the day itself, she had a great sense of humour, was a pleasure to hang out and plan with and gave us brilliant recommendations for the rest of our trip. Rob was the perfect officiant who mixed in nature into our ceremony and even incorporated the rainy day to make a poignant and relevant point! Kalla was brilliant, able to direct the two of us who started out so awkward in front of the camera and helped us relax, try different fun things (like eating our wedding cake in our jacuzzi fully clothed!) and have a blast. These guys were an epic team who pulled together the best day of our life, we are so grateful to have met them and have been in their safe, fun curated hands.

Eloped In Banf!!
The Elope in Banff team (Christianne, Caitlin, and Simon) not only made it effortless, but far exceeded our expectations. They provided stress free planning and prepared so many options in the case it didn’t meet our vision.
They made this experience so magical and treated us with so much kindness and respect. Caitlin and Simon were very professional but also made it feel as if we had our friends planning our wedding and taking our photos.

Incredible experience!
We had such a great experience with Elope in Banff and are so happy we chose them for our wedding! Everything leading up to the day was easy and well organized, and we felt taken care of throughout the entire process.
A special shoutout to Christianne, our planner, who was always so responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Mai, our coordinator, was fantastic and made sure everything went smoothly on the day. Bryan, our photographer, was also amazing, he was so much fun to work with, made us laugh, and made us feel really comfortable in front of the camera.

Heli elopment 🚁
Choosing this helicopter elopement package was the best decision we could have made. It offered incredible value for money for something so unique and magical and was a completely stress-free experience from start to finish. The team's communication was excellent throughout the planning process. Everyone involved was highly professional and attentive. My hair and makeup met my expectations perfectly, and the florals were stunning. They provided a perfect match on the bouquet and my flower crown. As a couple who is not overly confident with having our photos taken, we were a bit nervous. However, the team was incredibly helpful and reassuring. They immediately made us feel at ease and comfortable in front of the lens. The final photos are amazing. They are truly some of the best wedding photos I have ever seen. Thank you Elope in Banff for making our day so magical and giving us such an amazing once in a lifetime experience.

From initial contact, through planning, in-person consultation, the big day, and all support afterwards, every aspect of the service created an incredible and unforgettable experience. Fairytale wedding in Banff!
We had an absolutely amazing experience with the Elope in Banff team from start to finish. From our initial call, Christianne customized an itinerary to fit our needs, and in the months approaching the wedding she always promptly answered my million questions with kindness and grace. It is very clear that they know what they are doing in the Banff area - every vendor we interacted with, from the florists to the driver to the officiant - were so kind and phenomenal. Our day-of coordinator Caitlin and photographer Kalla were so much fun and actually felt like old friends by the end of the day.
And the best part - my husband and I were able to completely let go of the stress on our wedding day and put our full trust in the EiB team. As a very anxious person, this is incredibly rare for me - but after our meeting the day before the wedding with Caitlin, we both felt like we could completely let go and trust her. She handled everything - from holding onto our wedding rings, to making sure my dress was always fluffed, to having a tampon for my cousin 😂
Our entire family had a magical time and all said that it was the best wedding they’ve ever experienced. We can’t say enough positive things about the EiB team and would recommend them 1000x over to any bride and groom looking for a magical, stress-free wedding experience!

I am very impressed with Elope in Banff wedding planners. Our wedding coordinator, Caitlin went above and beyond to make our wedding day organized. Fantastic photographer, Bryan and videographer, Micheal made our big day looking stunning. Absolutely recommend.

Chris (Christianne)
Planner/Coordinator
My name is Christianne, and I bring years of creative experience and the precision and care that comes with being a formally trained professional dancer to each elopement.
I am passionate about personalized service and loves getting to know each couple throughout the planning process and on wedding day.
I will ensure that you choose the perfect location, and that your special day is planned and executed flawlessly. A highlight of my career in the wedding industry has been the mentorship of Sharon Carmichael – Banff’s most experienced and professional full-time weding planner.
I have successfully maintained EIB’s recognized standard of excellence and has curated some of the most exceptional elopement experiences for our amazing couples.
With a professioal background in Contemporary dance and choreography, I have performed around the world and teach regularly as a sessional instructor at The University of Calgary in the Shool of Creative and Performing Arts. I hold a BFA in Performance (2009 TMU) and an MA in Dance Studies (2014 York University).
I love to ski, hike, dance and explore the outdoors in my spare time and bring couples a burst of energy and delightful organization in the planning process. I live in Canmore with hisband husband, Simon (EIB Photographer) and my two dogs – Benni and Zoe.

My name is Caitlin, and I have a passion for all things weddings, and bring warmth, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail to every celebration.
I delight in being part of couples’ happiest moments against the stunning backdrop of the Rocky Mountains. I will ensure everything runs smoothly – from coordinating logistics, vendors, family/ friends – and keep you smiling, so that you can truly enjoy your day.
Beyond coordinating dream elopements, I am a dedicated figure skating coach and a skilled baker who finds joy in creating treats for loved ones. Currently, I am channeling my love for bridal fashion into launching her own boutique, Cariad Bridal. Stay tuned for pop up shops in the Bow Valley area and online!

Bryan's passion for wedding photography and contagious enthusiasm ensures a fun experience on wedding day.
A strong and dedicated photographer, with a vast knowledge of the mountains, Bryan loves being part of the the EIB team. His calm and creative personality allows couples to be themselves so he can capture their natural connection with candid and real images.
In his free time, Bryan enjoys playing in the mountains: snowboarding, mountain biking, meeting new people and playing music.
