We enlisted the services of Christianne (Elope in Banff) approximately 9 months before our wedding and chose to have our ceremony at Moraine Lake – best decision ever on all accounts. We could not be happier with the way everything turned out - from our initial communications with Christianne right up to the big day. Christianne and Caitlin (planner the day before and day of the wedding) seamlessly handled every detail, making our special day stress-free and truly unforgettable. Bryan was our photographer who was outstanding! With Bryan behind the camera and Caitlin assisting, they captured every magical moment beautifully, blending candid shots and posed portraits perfectly. The photos are stunning, and they’ll be cherished memories for years to come. A big thank you to Stephanie who did my hair and makeup - she was phenomenal - my hair and make up was exactly what I wanted and she made me look and feel my absolute best.
If you’re on the fence about Moraine Lake, I can assure you it is/was worth the extra cost for a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We are so thankful Moraine Lake was an option provided by EIB.

I cannot recommend EiB enough. Christianne made planning from another country so easy, with fast response to emails and flexibility for some late changes in attendance. She was an amazing day-of coordinator, making sure everything was fun and ran smoothly. We were able to have our perfect wedding with zero stress, which I didn't even think was possible. Caitlin from the EiB team making sure the room was set up for the ceremony and dinner (along other things I'm sure) was also amazing!

Christianne truly works with the best vendors, from amazing glam to gorgeous flowers, and everyone captured our inspiration photos to a T and then some.

Simon was a spectacular photographer. We had never done professional photos, but he put us so at ease and made it so fun (even when we were freezing to capture the perfect outdoor photos). Getting sneak peeks so quickly was just the cherry on top!

To anyone considering a true elopement or micro wedding in the Banff area, I cannot recommend this team enough. You will not be sorry to work with EiB for your big day!

We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect experience than what Elope in Banff created for our wedding! The whole day went by like a movie and still feels like a dream. From start to finish, EIB made our elopement so special, easy, and stress-free. They took care of every detail, from suggesting locations (complete with pros and cons for each) to handling the required paperwork, coordinating our flowers, and even helping us choose the ideal time of day for that golden mountain glow. Christianne was incredible at listening to our vision and enhancing it with creative, personalized touches. She thought of details we’d never even considered but absolutely loved in the end. Communication was seamless, even though we were on different continents with an 8-hour time difference. All we had to do was travel from Germany to Banff and show up. Twyla, our commissioner (chosen by Christianne), had such a warm, kind demeanor that she instantly took away any nervousness we had. She brought a personal touch to our ceremony, making it feel truly intimate and wholehearted. Twyla’s words and presence made our vows feel truly special and meaningful.

A huge thank you to Simon, our photographer, who made us feel comfortable in front of the camera — something we didn’t think was possible! We both are camera-shy, but Simon’s & Christianne’s friendly, easygoing approach and guidance helped us relax and be ourselves. Simon captured the magic of the mountains and the joy of the day so perfectly. We couldn’t believe how stunning our sneak peek photos turned out and can’t wait to see the rest of them.

We had an incredible experience going through Elope in Banff! Christianne is the best - from day 1, she was attentive, had great recommendations from hotels to restaurants to activities. Our wedding with elope in Banff was INCREDIBLE! The entire experience was so personal and special and I couldn’t have asked for a better day. Elope in Banff should be your first choice for any wedding in the Banff area. I've never experienced such an organized, customized and family oriented service like one that was provided for our wedding. As someone who came from outside Canada to get married, we were incredibly nervous about forgetting something but thankfully we were lucky enough to find Elope in Banff. I could never even begin to put in words the level of customized experience we received. It was like having your best friend plan everything for you. Chris was absolutely amazing through the whole planning experience. She took any worry away that we had and really put us at ease. Everything was so well put together from the first moment we reached out. Think you are blown away by their package selections...wait until you see the location in person. We chose Peyto Lake and it was STUNNING. Having the itinerary put together and know what the day will be like way ahead of time allowed peace of mind. The day of was tremendous and our photographer Simon was spectacular. Chris and Simon really made our day special, treated our 10 guests like they were family, and made this major life event the most amazing day ever. Big shout out to Twyla and Sonya for also making the day so special. This was some of the best service ever received and if I could give more than five stars, I would.
